I know that if we bugger up on a price, we are bound by it until we correct the error, either on the shelf, or by a retraction. Said retraction needs to be in the publication that the erroneous advetisment was in, and we will also post a retraction on a bulleting board at the store entrance. We will also generally suck it up and sell at the incorrect price because in the industry I'm in, we are not the only game in town. B&H may be feeling a little smug because they have such a huge pom-pom brigade, but wronging a customer is never smart.
