Thanks all...
I was at BMI of 31 in April, down to 26 now.... I used the Couch to 5K
program, if you want to do something in that regard I can THOROUGHLY
recommend it. http://www.c25k.com/
Cheers,
Drew.

Hi all,
Not been taking many pictures recently but I thought I would just de-lurk to
post a picture my daughter took today, the subject is me....
http://rileyelf.posterous.com/seaford-5k A few months ago, just after my
40th birthday I decided I had had enough of the couch potato lifestyle. I
went on a diet and started jogging. I have lost 30 pounds so far and today
was the first organised event in which I have taken part, it is just a 5K
fun run which to some is just a short sprint but it was a major milestone
for me...
feel free to ignore... but I needed to tell someone.
Cheerio,
Drew.
