I don't have 10.9 Mavericks yet. I know in moving up from 10.5 to 10.6 to 10.7 I always had problems with Epson drivers. They have hundreds of models and they seem to take forever to accommodate system upgrades. I delayed moving to 10.8 for that reason, and then never got around to it so I'll be going from 10.7 to 10.9...
In principle the printer driver upgrades are promptly included in the maintenance and security upgrades. But you might want to check the Epson site to see if they have a newer driver than what you are working with. stan On Dec 20, 2013, at 6:36 PM, Igor Roshchin wrote: > > Hi Christine, > > I've never used Mavericks (and never even heard of it), but it sounds > like the page setting somewhere. > In PhotoShop or LR, I go to "page setup" -> choosing the right printer, > and then setting the page size. > When you click on "print", in the Windows printing dialog, > check under "printer properties" again that it didn't change the page > setting. > > I am sure Gang (when he gets to read PDML) will reply with the response > based upon knowledge of Mavericks. > :-) > > Igor > > > Fri Dec 20 18:07:07 EST 2013 > Christine Aguila wrote: > > Hi Gang: > >> I'm trying to print on 13 x 19 inch paper, but it's printing as if >> it's 8.5 x 11 paper and cutting off parts of the photo.
