Hi Christine, I've never used Mavericks (and never even heard of it), but it sounds like the page setting somewhere. In PhotoShop or LR, I go to "page setup" -> choosing the right printer, and then setting the page size. When you click on "print", in the Windows printing dialog, check under "printer properties" again that it didn't change the page setting.
