Could be that I did in the distant past (I saw this was coming - I know you
think that way). The difference is that I learned from experience and from
feedback I got from people, and implemented it. Sascha, on the other hand,
behaves exactly the way he did in day one, except he has more self
confidence now, which makes it worse.
I've spent quite a few hours of my life trying to explain Sascha in
personal correspondence, as well as letters in the group forum, that his
behavior is not suitable for a grown up person working in a team
environment, to no avail. It *is* a shame, since he is indeed a talented
developer. It did take me literally *years* before I came to the
conclusion, today, that it's best off publicly discussed.
