Just a quick update... I have just finished week 2 (out of 5) of Novalis Radiatherapy and so far I feel fine. The doctors say everything is going according to plan. I do feel tired and the decdron is making me unusually hungry but otherwise Im good. Thankfully, I have a very good disability program at work and they gave me 8 weeks full pay to have the radiation and recover!! So I guess I am on a little radiation vacation!!! -DMPNYC |
