Well, I am all done and am happy it is over. Now I will wait 6 weeks for a follow up MRI / Bloodwork and Visual field. My doctor told me not to expect anything miraculous in 6 weeks and that it could take months or years for the efect of the radiation to show up (which I knew going into it). However, she did remind me that her last Acro patient had an IGF1 of 650 fall to 150 in only 6 weeks using the fractioanted novalis approach. So I will hope for the best, but not get my hopes raised to high. I am now completely off the decadron, I actually sleep through night now and the hunger has subsided. Now I will start going to gym, try to forget about it for 6 weeks and hopefully not have any sweling.
