I may not have known how lost, but I shudder to think of what I wouldn't know if I had not found all of you. There is just nothing like the support and hope (and yes frustration sometimes) you get from belonging to the club of a rare disorder. HOPE there is hope. and it is here from the information you get. I was in a bad way a year ago. Meds weren't working, Dr's (yes, plural) were not 'getting' it and my care was being mishandled. This board kept me going. It helped me make good decisions, kept me away from bad ones and is a constant source of information. I have made med change, Dr switching, surgeon choosing decisions that have without a doubt enhanced my life. Even if there were (and may still be) rough patches along the way.
