No it's not - you are streaming a waveinput stream which is 16 bit 44.1kHz PCM - which means it could be 1.4Mbits/sec if you have disabled Flac encoding. However the Waveinput plugin is not an internet stream or a file so I am not sure whether the Bitrate characteristic fo the stream is set correctly or perhaps SBS assumptions on undetermined bitrate has changed in recenrt versions. Since it works for you - it doesn't matter.
