Dear Jorge
Does this mean you shoot a jpeg file just to do the edit and then process the RAW files?
I have taken the approach that it is so quick and easy to adjust the settings on hundreds of RAW files I'll do them all. If I then find some small thing wrong with one frame I don't then have to search for the neighbouring frames to process those too. I usually leave C1 running in the background.
Regards
Bob

That is exactly what iView and other cataloguers do in split seconds. You
can adjust your preferences to have any image size preview of your
choice, including 100% rendering of RAW files( by opening the asociated jpeg
file "adjusted" to your camera settings as shot).
I don't see any smart strategy in having to open some 500 RAW files from a
shooting in order to figure out how to edit, or just limiting myself to a
thumbnail preview to make my choices .To say the least, It means more time
at the computer.
