Your comment got me curious, and I went to look it up. This looks like a decent, standardized print server: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833156025 I would expect "stupid" WinPrinters like the HP 1012 to be a problem. The reviews are interesting, with a fair spread. It doesn't surprise me that a "multi-function printer" becomes a single function printer when the rest of the functions are really not, well, printing. If you have a multi-function device, you'll want to find out what your vendor provides support for. I'd suspect if your printer claims to be compatible with anything other than Windows (Linux, OS X, Solaris, UNIX, etc.) it should do fine. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
