This morning I was thinking about the SliverLight stuff. I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile to look into it. I went to the main MS webpage for it this morning - but, you know how that goes - its mostly a sales pitch. It brags about how great the stuff is. I know it also mentions its relation/integration with .Net! But, I guess - the bottom line is - if I have Data in VFP - can I directly use it - via SilverLight - to build a website?
I know some people here have used it. Figured I would shoot the question past you all... -K- -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Allen Sent: Wednesday, January 19, 2011 2:47 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: VFP and Webpages... I've got one ... try this: http://www.microsoft.com/web/umbraco . It's the Visual Web Developer Express paired with the Umbraco CMS platform. Modern and powerful.
