Yea, the auto-router is broken. All the optional menu items "Net...", "Connection", "Component", and "Area" will route the whole board. Of course after doing all that work, it comes back with a cross hair and expects you to pick another thing to route. Sigh...
At least the "Stop", and "Restart" work.
