The Matrox G550 software has a tab called "PowerDesk" which has check boxes to center dialog boxes in one of the following:
Parent program window Mouse pointer display Parent program display Display 1 or 2 Some pop-ups still show up between the monitors like the Print Messenger and the Log-In dialog, but that's about it. I'm using this in NT4 and it seems pretty solid.
