Depends on which XP. Win2K pro has dual processor support, internet server
capabilities for mail & web pages. XP home does not have these capabilities. Going
to Win2K is more like an upgrade than a downgrade.

| As far as I know, it's legally to downgrade. That means buy XP and install
| W2000.
