For the price they want, I might be able to buy a CPU, hard-drive, and motherboard from Computer Gate and get the OEM W2000 with 'em. Or for not a whole lot more, I could get an HP Omnibook on ubid.com which also comes with W2000. my point was that it is getting more difficult, I suspect that Microsoft does not want the general public using W2000 any more, since it does not have the perverse licensing scheme that comes with XP. I think I paid less than $100 for my W2000 upgrade from NT.
