One other thing about Sierra Proto Express (link below), they have some fairly sophisticated software checking the Gerber. On one design we sent them they caught that 2 track segments, while touching, only BARELY overlapped -- the narrowest point of overlap (of the rounded track ends) was much less than the track width, like 2-3 mils. (This had passed Protel DRC.) And they _called_ us to find out what we wanted done.
