Dennis, it is true until he clicks to unplate his holes. That was what the shop requested that he do so I assumed that he had all holes plated while he was calling out some to be unplated in some manner. Since the time of the original post he has posted that the whole board is single-sided so I would now assume that all holes are unplated. In which case I can only assume that the shop wanted the drill report file to indicate unplated holes to eliminate possible confusion and errors. Some shops are very picky as some of the members of the list have noticed, they are getting ISO certified and their procedures are becoming more rigid and thus are more demanding on us and our documentation.
