Kiro, An "N"-seat network license, in general, has a single set of passwords which allow up to "N" copies" of the software to execute simultaneously while the seat<=N<N+1 computers are simultaneously connected to the same network. Seat N+1 will be out of luck, until someone shuts down a seat.
