I drink probably 40-70oz of Coke everyday and never drink water, have not had 
any uti's, pain, discomfort in over 20 years. I also take zero medications for 
pain/spasms, etc. 

I use external leg bag, condom cath. Hope you feel better, whatever works for 
you I say do it.
