The annoying fallback alarm is easily replaced. Use WinSCP or ssh to login to the Radio, and replace the file /usr/share/jive/applets/AlarmSnooze/alarm.mp3 with a file of your choosing. Note that the file should not be much larger than the standard "disco heart attack" file. This needs to be repeated after any firmware updates.
