Hi Mark! Long time no speak...

You're a braver man than I!

Actually I can't ever remember a time that I would have found it necessary 
to physically discipline a child (if I had the mind to). It has never been 
an issue for me, although I have had to intervene in some situations when 
some leaders were simply not getting anywhere, but I think that spoke more 
about them than the child concerned.
