Adam blamed Eve. Eve blamed the serpent. We are still doing it today.
Put the blame where it belongs. Leadership. That might be You.
Where there is no vision people perish.
Now that I have rebuked those who need it take courage and fix what is
broken. I say this not to discourage you but to encourage you.

Make your outings exciting. Share your vision. Pump up the outings. Give
them all something to do. Bring your vision of souls saved to the fore
front. Don't cancel outings cause if you do it will be a common fact
that we wont' be going anyway. These are all things we have taught and
learned in LTC. As the bible says when it ain't working anymore go back
to the first things and rekindle that fire. Goes for marriages and lots
of things.

For example:
Pow Wow in 7 days. Last year it was put on the calendar and spoke about
off and on for the past few months. A month ago we went into full blown
pow wow mode. Which started with flyers and posters, then the next week
permission slips announcements from the platform in Church as well as
stoking it up at RR meetings. Work nights and days were scheduled.
Delegation List was made and meetings held. Work was passed out and
followed up on. Last night when the permission slips were due in... I
had a display of prizes for the boys to earn for, best work ethic, safest
RR methods, Hardest worker, Best Buddy Team, Cleanest Tent and cleanest
Ranger and Same drinking cup at end of camp. Most of these prizes ran 4
-7 dollars. Will present them at Saturday morning and Sunday Morning
roll call.

Who can come down for any or all of Pow Wow? It is very exhausting.
Even one day or one night is a big relief. Setup and Tear down are good
times as well.

Pick one and go for it!

This list is gone over each week to find the progress of items on it.
All enjoy contributing. I and this list out to everyone who has a part
and encourage others to join in and help.

The Biggest mistake I have seen in the past 10 years is no delegation.
If you Commander don't learn to delegate you will burn out. I didn't
say it was easy. I work on RR stuff most every day. God has called me to
this ministry and I work at it as unto him. Not for my glory but for my
King and Lord, Jesus Christ the one who saved my hurting soul and put me
on the Rock to Stay.

It works. We have approx 33 going to Pow Wow. 14 of those are leaders
composed of 13 Men, 1 Woman, and Sr.Pastor is going to camp with us One
night 2 days.

Each of us have different talents. That just means do your best with
what God has given you.
Don't blame them. Lead them.

Mark Jones. My faith is in Jesus Christ and the Finished work he did at
the Cross. There in is the Power to over come.
