Wow-exactly. We seem to have a good kick off in the fall with lots of boys
and even a good amount of workers. But somewhere as the year goes on some of
them drop out. I think that if we went through the summer the numbers would
be so low I would be tempted to quit all together.
It seems like Rangers isn't high enough on the boys or parents list after a
long days work and having to run around driving kids here and there-they
just get tired. Our Mom/commander usually never gets to Rangers on
time-15-30 minutes late. She comes straight from work after picking up her
son and they eat dinner after Rangers. That should give you an idea of how
busy some people are. She is a very committed person and is a great blessing
to the outpost. I just realize that not everyone can or will committ to that
kind of sacrifice. Our other Dad commander lives out of town and has to
drive at least 30 minutes from his house so he is late sometimes.

"plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give
you hope and a future. Jer. 29:11
