Noel,

   Looks like we got some people stirred up.  As for my
earlier post, I was trying to stress the importance of
keeping on schedule (I think that was taken OK) and to list
some of the ways I have seen that done in the past.  
   If some of the ideas are bad, they need to be identified
as such.  I read Mark Jones' reply and found nothing to be
offended at.  So I decided to sleep on it, and still found
nothing to be offended about.  (Mark- thanks for rewriting,
I don't know how that message sounded at first, but it was
non-combative as posted.)  
   I have been busy the last couple days, but I'm reading
R. Hamilton's reply (sorry I don't know your name) about
canceling the game time.  I haven't used that to get
started, but I have used that to regain order during the
meeting.  I only have to follow through once about every
2-3 years; the boys don't seem to forget when that happens.
