Tim,
You might expect him to but he wouldn't, would he? There USED to be
procedural niceties here until the Howard mob got in and did away with
them. It is their disrespect and contempt for decent behaviour that has
permeated our society - if it isn't illegal, it's on. Remember all the
government ministers and hangers-on that should have stood down but
didn't, with Howard's support? Now he's fomenting contempt of the UN.
