Good news, I tweaked the allowed hosts following this thread: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20321673/debugging-apache-django-wsgi-bad-request-400-error
I set my allowed hosts to ALLOWED_HOSTS = ['reviewboard','.reviewboard','.reviewboard.'] Set debug to false and reset the server and I'm no longer getting 400s.
