One thing to remember about Mediamonkey is that you can it update tags as you change them or keep it only for the library in mediamonkey. If you do the last, SC or any other program will not see the changes. Make sure you set it to change the tags as you do it. That has caught me in the past. I would still recommend that you both learn to use mp3tag, because as you get better at this you'll find it's faster and more powerful at doing the things you want than mediamonkey. All 3 of these programs have great things about them and you'll discover what about each you'll use and appreciate the most. Glad you having fun. Oh one more thing about dbpoweramp, you should probably do both track and album gain. If this doesn't do both during the rip, mine doesn't, you can do like I do and just run the batch converter and do the replay gain after ripping a few albums. It seems that some people get it to work during rips for both but I've not had any luck at it so I just do 3-5 albums at a time after ripping. -- Nonreality -IF THE RULE YOU FOLLOWED BROUGHT YOU TO THIS, OF WHAT USE IS THE RULE.- HTTP://www.last.fm/user/nonreality ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nonreality's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15723 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51538 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
