I feel if you keep them organized like you are going to do then you really don't need it for any reason. But that is a to each his or her own type thing. I like my way because it keeps the song titles shorter in my SB3 since it will show the artist anyway. The nice thing about keeping it all organized on your disc is that it's easy to find and easy to burn disks. I've found over the years that easy is a good thing. :) But having the artist name in the title is not a bad or uncommon thing. If you like that, go for it. One of the weird things I found about SC is making sure you are consistent with the naming of files in albums. Make sure they are done the same way. I've had problems with changing all the names in an album in mp3tag when one was in use at time so it didn't get changed when I thought it did. It was, as an example, 03 Let It Be. When it should have been 03(sp)-(sp)Let It Be That one song became a separate album for some reason that doesn't make sense. It should have gone by the tags but it didn't. I've had that happen too many times so now I make sure that the file names are done the same way. I think I mentioned that in my last post to you. Just a glitch I think, but it can mess with you when you're trying to figure out why you have an extra album in SC with one song and the other album is one song short. :)
