I've copied the copyright notice to `random.c` as well.
Dave: I don't know what kind of patch you want as `patch` is not supposed
to be used in spkgs. You can just call the GNU libc if you want to test it
on any platform...
Dima: This is not "untested code", its an excerpt from the GNU C library
and has received more testing on more platforms than you can shake a
stick at.
The only potential issue is that a crufty C compiler might not have
`stdint.h`, in which case there is no good way if figuring out which data
type is a 32-bit int. But even IBM C for AIX (v6+) should work ;-)
