 It's normal practice to commit the changes to the repository in the .spkg
 file, then export the patches and add that to the ticket. That makes it
 easy to review.

 $ hg export tip > patch_number_and_some_description.patch

 then attach "patch_number_and_some_description.patch"

 to the ticket. It makes review of the changes easy then.

 That's what nearly everyone else does.
