I think it would be good to add a little more detail to the SPKG.txt as
well about where the code comes from.
I've tested this on two macs (10.5 and 10.6) and a linux machine (core i7
860, Ubuntu 9.10). Passed all tests in schemes, rings, and geometry on
those platforms. If David or someone else can test this on Solaris and
its OK then I think I can give it a positive review.
Nice documentation changes - I've meant to improve the Polyhedron class
docstring for a while but I'm glad you beat me to it.
