Hi dear friend, Please try this method:, 1. Focus the comment. 2. press alt key and navigate to insert menu, and press enter over there. Press tab until jaws announce, comment and, press enter there. Now, once the comment pain got activated, activate the context menu. You will get the extra options such as, reply to comment, delete comment etc. Press enter on delete comment, the comment will disappear, from your document. Note:, jaws will not give any conformation message, while deleting the comment. Please try the above step and let me know. Thanks in advance, Timy. This will list all the comments in the document, navigate with downarrow after performing that command then focus the comment which you want to read, then press enter to activate it. Yes, this type of capture is really accessible to visually impaired users and, it should be only in text based question, should not be like some, image or something else. One of the kerala website, I have seen these kind of question based capture like I mentioned yesterday, the benefit of this capture is, no need to provide our mobile number in the website and, the capture is so safe as well. How we can asure that, the OTP capture will work always? no, we cannot. The questions should be simple and, easy to answer as well. Hi, my suggestion is that, instead of audio capture, solving some questions will help the screen reader user to complete there task without any issues. I have seen this practice in one of the kerala site and, really I like that approach. Thanks for the reply. I don't no, why, more than 14 days took to activate my account. Yes, really it is strange and, irritating. We should fource theRBI to create a proper roole for the account creation for the bvisually impaired in any bank. If I didn't follow properly, I AM sure that, they will simply ignore my account creation. So, Dear BGFI and other organization who is working for the visually impaired, I request you people to take this matter very ceriously, and if possible, please conduct some awareness classes for the different banks staf. They told that, where ever the visually impaired do sign, that should be, in frent of the branch manager respectively. they send me some of the part of the form in image format. the same Iam sharing with my dearest friends here. Kindly read the same. note:, Converted from the image, so, a small mistake might be happened. Kindly excuse me. s'OT SHUT DOWN <5j & 1024.187.162 as a !S of the customer. After proper verification, the branch official should sign tness mentioning his name and employee id and LTI / RTI indicating the hand which is ed for the imprint, next to the customer's thumb impression. ID proof copy can be kept records. nk official has to do the KYC certification. ie applicant has to imprint his thumb impression on the account opening form and all levant documents to be taken at the time of account opening. the customer wishes to sign, his signature should be taken on the account opening rm. As per RBI guidelines, even for literate visually impaired applicants, thumb ipression should also be taken on all the forms submitted at the time of account jening, in addition to the signature. The thumb impression will be witnessed by a anch official mentioning his/her name and Employee Id and signature code, terate customers may issue cheques only with their signature without prior Jthentication by the bank. Thumb impression of such customers will not be required on e cheque. le signature / thumb impression (Left hand Thumb Impression (LTI) in case of Males and ight Hand Thumb Impression (RTI) in case of Females) has to be witnessed by a Branch fficial mentioning his/her name and Employee Id and signature code. stamp stating "Account of Visually Impaired person" should be affixed below the status Dde on the AOF. . U might be remember, I had send one mail regarding with, AMIS is not working in my windows 7 system somedays back. now the problem get solve with the help of AMIS foram. So, thought the same will share with my dearest accessindian frends, who all are facing problem with there amis product. for opening the book do the following: 1. open the start menu. 2. open the program using your first letter navegation that is Letter P, if it classic startmenu already installed in your system, otherways search in the startmenu search box as AMIS. 3, Open AMIS aswell using your First letter navigation and hit rightarrow once. u will hear, aditional submenu. expand once again. u can find there, AMIS compatibility mode. 4. hit enter and open it. quickly, AMIS help will popup. never mind, locate the file yourself with standard windows command, Control O. your done. hope this will be helpful to our windows 7 amis users some extant. thanks much, Timy.
