It's still random, due to the fact you just never know when and or who launches anything. And there are times when no disasters hapen, but like yesterday two or three in the same map can happen too. Besides, as i pointed out in a previous poast, someone has to be around to check who does what, so that propper measures can be taken. If it would go automatically, that would not be the case.

I want to say that the water starter gets Drench at like 33-35 or something, which really isn't that bad. That starter is probably the most out-and-out solid. Short of Execution, Soul Ripper or an untimely crit, it does. not. die in one hit. Too much HP and nice beefy defenses. Dramagon is a little better for coverage hits a bit harder I think, and is a bit faster, but Fauntazaur is more tankish, hands down. And it can hold its own as a water type.And there's an excellent reason I'm going back to check stuff. Just ran an Erroir up to level 60. Turns out he's...uh, a lot more frail than I thought. Still has nice attack and not-too-bad speed, and pretty good special attack. That, and it gets Lightning Bolt at something funny like level 33, and Sparking Tail at 26 or some such...so in the mid game it pounds stuff. But Dussoket clearly outclasses it, in every stat. Only a pity you can't get him till right near the end of the game. Jimitron is lol next t
 o these guys. A one-trick pony with something like 60 defense at level 46. Ridiculous.Orystar is frailer than Enchandithol and takes longer to get Meteor Rush than Enchandithol, but it gets one thing Enchandithol doesn't, which might matter. Knockout Venom. And it's fast, really freaking fast. The move isn't horrendously effective (is anything in Manamon, really, besides like Earthquake and Torch?), but it's a nice annoyer move, and Magic Lights is another one. Orystar's a little frail to be playing with such fare, but it sometimes works out. Enchandithol is a bit bulkier, hits nearly as hard or maybe harder, actually has not god-awful attack if you want to run something funny like Toxic Tail to screw with shadow types, but it has no setup and no support beyond Mana Boost and Guard-up. It's really a toss-up as to which one you'd want.

Well, this isn't an assumption... the reason this came about is because of the ADA that changed recently requiring home media appliances to have some form of accessibility. That's why the ps4 and XBOX1 started to receive improvements in that area... Microsoft just went with it. How can I tell? Because both of these accessibility features are only available in the USA. I'm basing it on that, and the fact that in Sony's case, I can't believe the programmers didn't do research on other screen reading software to program something that would automatically decode everything and encode it into synthesized speech, instead programming the system to only read the things they code in. Also, with the latest numbered upgrade being so pushed by the developers and playstation, why haven't we seen any major improvements when everything else has gotten an overhaul? As to assuming NVDA will not happen, again, ps4 is not windows based, and NVDA was programmed in a
  windows environment, so they would have to rewrite the whole thing from scratch. As to why I would prefer it? No reason particularly... because honestly I think trying to put NVDA on the ps4 is like trying to put Voiceover on Windows. The environments are completely different, and NVDA on ps4 would just be a different screen reader with the name on it. I would prefer it for the soul reason that it's already meant to read everything it can on screen as opposed to specific parts that have to be added.I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes here. Like Death said, and because of the ADA from last year, I don't think we'll get game consoles that are 100% accesible, at least not in the near future. We can be optomistic, and if the ps4 or xbox1 get more I am going to be over the moon. but I just don't see it happening. And to all those who say the ADA is only part of it, I put this question. why haven't Microsoft or Sony made those features availa
 ble in every part of the world? Microsoft especially, even though you can cheat by switching the language to US English to get Narrator, why should people have to do that if the ADA isn't a really relevant part of the feature? Apple's voiceover supported many languages from the start. So did NVDA. lol Again, I appologize if this sounds contrary, irritated, rude or anything else negative... just my thoughts. Not trying to challenge anyone here.

I haven't played much with java, but you could try counting the number and type of characters in the correct string and storing them for comparisons. When the user inputs a string, do a full string match check, if it fails count the type and number of characters in the users string and compare them to the correct strings data, you could even go on a character by character basis to indicate which ones don't match.Here's some java links that may help: [String Matches][Char Count]

What version of code blocks did you install? I didn't run into any issues testing the code, but I installed the "codeblocks-16.01mingw-setup.exe" version which comes pre-packed with the mingw compiler component.

Hi,I have been working on this for quite some time now, and I'm devilishly stuck for no apparent reason. I am trying too put together a method that will, be given two arguments: one will be a correct string, and another will be a string that a user guesses. For example, if the computer churns out appel and the user enters papel, there are two incorrectly placed characters. But getting this idea down to code is proving to be a challenge.

uh, Jees I'm planning to do something with this and upload to any audio hahaha, the person posting the doctorJAWS thinngy gave me an idea.And, actually as spanish is my native language I tested, and I did not found any differences at all. Its just that it doesn't reads sertain things aproppriately, and for some very odd reason it reads some letter  combinations as achronims.Other than that, this is just cool! and, you can notice a the  a lot in the english versiondifference

Hello All.In this topic, I'd like to get some feedback. Basically, I've been hanging onto some code I started back in the beginning of 2014, and it's basically a recreation of the tomb hunter engine originally by James North and Thomas Ward. My thought is this. I'm trying to recreate a version of this game that isn't entirely the same, but still contains elements of the original MOTA/Monty. I can't wait to read Star Tide Rising, and that series. It sounds fantastic!I love The Passage too, but I forgot there were more books in the series, so I'll definitely be checking those out.And I guess I'll be in the minority and say I love the Redwall books. I read them one or two at a time, then I let time pass before I read the others. That way, it's not so much "kid stuff" all at once.But I guess I would like them . . . my friends called me an elf in college, because I was so happy about every little thing, all the time. So maybe that kind of book just fits with my personality.God I love book recommendation threads! :-)

I was wondering if that was going to be in the guide at some point. What mon of a given type are better than the others. I.e. enchandithol or grandlan? Dussoket or erroir? Hydrake or thornita? arctana or polosses? myaneko or sacroloon? The starters just seem ninnied to me. I gave up on the water starter in favor of dramegon. I couldn't remember when the water starter got drench but it wasn't soon enough for my liking. Same reason I took enchandithol this time over orystar and meteor rush. Enchandithol gets it in the early 40's. orystar doesn't get it until the mid 50's or something. Banyardan gets earthquake at 57 or something. Leonitar gets it at 42 and then starts to absolutely destroy stuff. It makes that full party fight in the tower really fun.  Yeah I like getting the more powerful attacks as early as I can. Until then it feels like I'm just picki
 ng away at things and going back and forth with everything tit for tat. I don't want tit for tat. I want to destroy things in one or two hits, because there are plenty of powerfangs and daring comebacks, piledrivers, implants and desouls, poisoning and scorches coming to take large chunks of my hp. So I try to avoid the power struggle and just kill quickly.

I want to just clarify that I am not acuse admins of randomly bringing disasters, but just to say that because it is manual, that kind of thing is really possible. And to your second question, it is not random when it is manual. @Amine whether it deals a big damage or not is not a big problem. It's not like admins go and check everyone  health before they launch disasters. so if your health at that time is 300, and one of the admin decided to launch disaster which takes 333 health, you will still die if you do not make it on time to run to other maps.

based on the resources screen, there is still an empty spot to fill in, on the right side of cult, and just below your mana info, so I believe there is still at least 1 more feature to unlock. I am still in the process of creating the bronze dragons. after gold there is still obcidian dragons, not sure if anymore after that. anyone who has unlocked the cult or gone further in this game please keep this forum updated please?

It's also possiblle my gold rewards aren't accurate in a few places. They should be close, but sometimes I type 7 instead of 8, or 8 instead of 9, usually at the end of a number. They shouldn't be wildly off though.Hydrake is kinda common. I found I came across them on hard-packed dirt and long grass, never ever in shallow water.Also, level 45 before you reach Tangerian Tower is kind of overkill. You can be 35-40 before you get there, and if you've got the right manamon you'l still wreck Dustin.Just going through manamon in general now that I have even more knowledge of the game, as well as Irroadium for the exp trick and 17 level-up herbs. I stumbled across a Murkit that has remarkable everything except special attack (which is not so good) and speed (which is perfect). So I know Murkit's line is pretty fragile, but 92 attack without training at level 35 freshly transformed into Tigrath. Ow, man. Just ow. And it's fairly spe
 edy.Squarpha is basically a bust. Its best water move is Bubble Burst and its best magic move is Tri Beam. Its stats are all average or above average, but nothing really stands out. It does get Manatize and Demanatize, but it's not really built to tank. Also gets Stifle, but that's a turn you'd probably better spend attacking.I think Arctana is just hands-down better than Submenno. Submenno has more HP and probably a -bit more raw clout, plus Power Fang, but Arctana is much faster, has slightly better defenses, plus it gets Ice Tempest, which while inaccurate hurts like hell (read, 2-shots my Irroadium which is 14 levels higher).Donnammer is a neat idea, and gets nice hard-hitting same type attacks on both sides (Hammerhead and Sparking Tail), plus Daring Comeback and Metal Fist, and Adrenaline Rush if that's your thing. Double weakness to magic hurts, as do weaknesses to earth and ghost. I think it's one of those manamon trying to be a j
 ack of all trades, but to me it falls a little short.Friggle/Frorgeril are actually not half bad. Frorgerel gets AquaZap from the move tutor, and I believe Friggle can be taught Power Surge the same way, so you don't have to go Lightning Bolt or bust. Power Surge isn't wicked strong and AquaZap is situational, but still. And fairly well-rounded stats, nothing amazing. This guy might be worth more of a look.I've tried to like Junanchel, I really have. But its defenses are fairly low, and while its HP is good and its attack is high, its deficiencies are just too big. Uproot+Aerial Vision is hilarious though, and Nature Dance after a couple of uses of Solar Conversion probably really hurts. But I think Thornita can do this too, and Thornita at least can set up behind a sleep move and has slightly better defenses, albeit a nasty poison typing that does nothing but hurt it.I drove Craggallem into the high 60s and it gets Sturdy Stone as its last move, 
 I think. This seems like a delaying tactic, nothing more, but Craggallem does have nice defensive stats. it's everything poor Simulon wants to be, except Simulon gets better moves (both Tunnel and Rock Avalanche or whatever it's called). Craggallem is crying out for these moves, or Earthquake. On that same note, I'd love it if Grandlan got Earthquake, but at least it gets Toxic Tail and Blaze Rampage from the move tutor. Another one of those decent-at-everything manamon, Grandland is. Better than I thought it was, but still weak to everything. Haha.I'm not gonna do this for absolutely every manamon all over again. Many I'm sold on or absolutely done with (Dussoket is an example of the former, Viralite an example of the latter), but this is sort of fun. I'll also add to my guide as I can, to make sure that my manamon impressions are as up-to-date and accurate as they can be.

One thing I noticed about the jungle, and about several areas actually, is that Manamon appear in certain parts of it. I mean in some cases it's obvious, Reef and Fyngon only appear in water for instance, but especially in the jungle, at the beginning it was a lot of Pythor and Trumar, the watery parts had Torto and Friggle, and I ran into quite a few hydrake and Evillion in some sections deeper in. You can probably differentiate based on the sound of the footsteps, but once I found one Hydrake, staying in that particular spot allowed me to find another quite quickly. Of course, that could just be luck too, but yeah.As for the gold rewards, I can think of a couple of things.1. One of you probably had a golden medal on one of your mons, the other may not have.2. The shadow children fights that scale probably also have scaling gold rewards. I know Pokémon's money rewards were autocalculated based on the type of trainer and their highest level, and I doubt Aaron would have gone through the trouble of manually setting every single tamer's gold reward, so he probably took a similar approach.

It goes both ways.  I currently sit with a mac and an iPhone at my disposal, fully aware that as far as accessibility goes, Apple is making no real leaps and bounds, and the reason I've bought into the system thus far is that, for the most part, neither is anyone else.  Solid congruity is attractive and hard to pass up if you get the opportunity.  I believe I mentioned above somewhere that I honestly do dream of a windows future where things are just as synchronized.  The day I see that future arrive, I'll probably buy into it, because to me, accessibility is still about how much devices can do for us, rather than what we can do with devices.  The other is a matter of interest, and if you're interested that's perfectly reasonableSome of us will truly gravitate towards accessibility when interest is not really there or when convenience overshadows interest, but accessibility and personal preference are two different things.  O
 ne is the ability the product itself gives without the user actually putting in any effort, while the other is a matter of patience and devotion and time and effort and many other things that I just can't put in anymore because I think I'm getting too old for this, or maybe because I have kids now, or maybe because responsibilities or whatever the case is, but it taxes me.  It's the difference between JAWS and NVDA.  You can count on JAWS being ready to work for you as soon as you install it, ready to tackle just about any possible scenario on windows and perhaps even the net.  NVDA is built with many things in mind, but JAWS has 20 plus years on it.  I am still tweaking NVDA, and it seems like every update breaks my tweaks a little.  I can know without the shadow of a doubt that it'll usually take at least two major versions of JAWS before my personal settings are tampered with.  So, with that in mind, why, on windows, do I use NVDA
 ?  Because I don't have money for FS, because I have no way of justifying throwing that kind of money at FS even if I did have it, because FS is, as far as I know, still not ready or willing to make JAWS truly affordable to me, and because NVDA is, with my personal configuration, just as good as, and in some cases, better than JAWS.  In the end, this is not a matter of which is truly better overall so much as which is better for me personally and has nothing to do with accessibility, as both products have proven themselves to be accessible.here, however, the table turns a bit.  Apple has just taken out a substantial part of my day to day life, a tiny hole which, for its size, has contributed immensely to my overall productivity and creativity.  it's present on my book player.  It's present on my TV!  It's present on my PC!  It's present on my stereo!  it's present on my stupid and mostly useless bop-it, and 
 yes, still, still kicking on my current iOS device!  But apple wants me to get rid of it!  On principle alone, I can no longer justify giving Apple money for a new iOS device based on the fact that I don't know how long they will continue to include this adapter before they decide they're going to tell me to get rid of that mindset as well, coupled with the fact that if I lose said adapter for any reason, I have to buy yet another one!  You can call that accessibility; I call it crap!

I'm surprised. I found Dramagon had more options in the master stadium than Dragomier did. At least Dramagon's Drench will fairly easily wreck most of the first tamer, and his typing means he's pretty resistant to a lot of the third stadium as well.

Sadly the Ce database site went down a while ago and I probably should remove the link since nobody is sure what happened to it and it probably won't be back, though comparatively more recently some useful tools occurred in game such as the promenade finder which made the function the Ce database site used to fulfill it far less necessary than it was previously. Indeed there is pretty much all! the ce info you need in the game itself, or on the forum, and it has one of the nicest communities ever! hope you enjoy the game, i had many hours of fun with it, made many things, explored a lot and had a great time, indeed though i haven't played now for a couple of years I do remember the game very fondly and probably ought to see what's going on if I can recall where I was.

I've heard of so called "iDoping" software before, which uses infrasound and ultrasound audio spectrums to purportedly induce altered states of consciousness, although theres little research on the subject. What studies there are do show altered states of neural activity and subconcious emotional reactions to low and high frequency audio, such effects may help promote Placebo or Psychosomatic effects in some subjects to help in altering states of consciousness. Although it should go without saying that messing with such frequencies can be quite dangerous.I'd classify it as a new form of narcotic and stay away from it, although it could be interesting to see additional research on the subject.

You will be able, however, to change the voice's roughness and head size in the 4.7 version. The English version is similar to the actual one, but some languages have changed a bit. It's an intermediate between the old 3.3 eloquence and the actual one, though more similar to the latter.

Oh hello there. The add-on is great, I really missed the voices I used with jaws 3.5 back in 2002. I even think this is one of the IBM via voice versions which you posted a while ago as SAPI4. Keep it up! The add-on rocks!I even noticed you can change the head size and roughness, and that has been never implemented in a previous NVDA add-on I think.

What will help you the most is an understanding of and some experience with the concepts of programming. Variables, loops, conditionals, etc.The book, "Game Maker's Apprentice", would be a good way to get started, because it doesn't assume that you know anything about programming.  Once you know the basics, each chapter teaches you by guiding you through writing a game using what you learn in the chapter.I believe the book's publisher sells it as both a physical book and as a PDF file. Oh, hey Datajake! This is just nice! if I'm not wrong, this version of eloquence was the one used with JAWS 3.5 or 3.2, I don't know. Its just nice to have this version of eloquence as an NVDA addon, ad least for my taste.The spanish voices sounds quite similar to the actual eloquence we have right now, but heck, you can feel the difference in the way it pronounces sertain things, especially in the english voices. UH by the way! its nice how it pronounces your username hwehehehe!

I agree that abandoning iOS for Android just because of an earphone jack is kind of silly, so I'll voice my opinion of Apple's decision by not buying into the iPhone 7 series. I'd be willing to bet though that after all the negative feedback, Apple changes their mind and brings back the earphone jack next year, if not sooner. Unfortunately for them the damage to iPhone sales, and their image, will have already been done.Long standing accessibility issues and bugs should be a major consideration for anyone who needs the accessibility technology to work just to be able to use their device. Not making it an issue just tells Apple and any other company producing assistive technology, that you are willing to accept whatever they hand you, even if it's mostly non functional, more of an after thought than a real attempt at being accessible. And if that's the case, you do the vision impaired community more harm than good. Or do you enjoy being treated as a 
 second class citizen, who's not worthy of the same consideration as everyone else?Yes, iOS is currently ahead of the competition when it comes to being accessible, but I am not so blinded by the love of Apple, and all things Apple, that I won't consider products from their competitors.

About USB C, Apple decided to not ditch the lightning probably for the soul reason that they were already taking out one standard connector and didn't want to take out another one and change it to something else, making the lightning cables that everyone has useless. That would be my best guess.. that battery does sound very good, but for that much money, I'd need something much more impressive than a big battery to convince me to buy it. Much of the third party stuff you mentioned happens the same on IOS, just less so... there are still tons and tons of inaccessible apps where you have to go with trial and error, especialy with games, messaging apps, and apps that link to pieces of hardware like guitar peddles and the like. On windows, I already have to look for accessible mail clients and test web browsers, so doing it on another platform won't be all that different. I see why you switched, but how long ago was that and what was the most current and up to date version of Android you tried and from what company?

ok, update is grate in some way, in other ways though, it sucks. first of all, right now, there are 34 players online, or there were last time i came back in. do you see the problems it could cause? on one hand, more people play redspot, means more people like it, on the other hand, there are too many people playing redspot, or the map is too small. you added a pistal, which drains like 250  hp per hit, and you added gas masks and air tanks, which are super rare. you also gonna add guns that would shoot 20 tiles for player, which will cause even more chaos. right now, i'm not gonna play redspot just because the map is too small, and i don't have a chants of picking up ammo and someone is already shooting at me, you could say: fight back, yeah, would love to, but they have invisibility on, so i have no idea where they are, and i cant last 30 seconds to see where they are. add a gas mask hotkey, like shift g, because when you have a lots of items in your inv, it'
 s really annoying to scroll through them to find gas mask while your losing health. so please, eather reduce pistals drainige, remove pistal itself from the game, or have a players start out with a knife, handgun, and shotgun, with about 100 ammo in hand, 10 ammo in shotgun, 1 candy, and one healing item. suicide bombs are... well, it's really good in some way, really bad in other way. maybe have a 50% chants that it will kill you, and 50% that it would just do like 500 damage to you, same as in your enemy's, that way it would be more balanced, and players might not want to use it left to right. in change log, you said it's a bit more harder to spam? well, i seen player do it again and again, maybe if you spam like 3 times, despite the servers warning, bann them for an hour or 2, that should teach idiot a lesson. please add something like /pm command to send a privat messages to player, same as in stw. have an ability to keymap? i'd see why you won't add it,
  but i'd like to change up the keys a bit because i played swamp a lot, heh. mass bombs... they're really quiet, that's what you're ment for them to be like, right? i died quite a bit by those suckers. last thing is please rename candy to something like adrenalin pills, it doesn't makes sense why you'd eat a candy while someone was shooting at you. like: "oh, your shooting at me with a shotgun, i'll just eat a candy, have fun shooting, ". well, that's it, and i'd like to see why you won't add/remove/change something above. thanks for your time.

That would have to involve a whole rewriting for the screenreader, as again, the operating system on Sony's consoles has never been windows based, unlike the xbox1.

I haven't really bothered with video games since they are mainly focused on visual elements. I figured that the sound aspect would be tacked on as an afterthought.I don't think it's possible to use NVDA with the PS4. Sony has to get their act together and do the right thing. If Apple can provide all this access, there is no excuse these other companies can't do the same. I'm sick and tired of the claims that state "Oh, we can't do this" or "It's too difficult and not worth our time". Then again, these companies are in it for profit and don't think including adequate accessibility features is worth their time. *sigh*With my rant over, would someone provide me with something to listen to? You may change my opinion on modern video games.

You use something like a pencil or a metal rod there might be a hole in the middle of the spool, if not, make one, its just paper and the spindle is hollow in the middle. Then you start wrapping around the reel until that spool is full, using another hand or some thing to keep the spool of line feeding, I just use a drill when I need more line, press the trigger a little, drill is between my knees I'm usually doing this on the floor since its easier. When the reel is full, cut the remaining line from the spool and store that in your tackle box.Then, but only do this if you have a hook available to you. Next you find the line on the reel and start pulling it. Put your reel on dragless I think its called whatever, there a lever on it somewhere that just lets it free spin, now what you need to do is get the line through all the islets on the rod, the closest to the reel are bigger, down to the tip of the rod they get progressively smaller. Pull the line through allowing the reel
  to free run itself, you will most likely have to use teeth to help you on the smaller ones. Now, once you have the line through all the islets, you need to hold that with one hand, get a hook, and make sure you get hooks with leaders or you will definitely not be able to do this yourself. Put the line you have in your one hand through the loop of the hook's leader line, let it down all the way to the base of the hook, but don't let go. This is tricky stuff and takes patience to do, but it is possible with enough determination. Now you need enough line to loop around that leader line 3 to 5 times, you probably want to put your reel back into normal mode before it runs out a huge chunk of your line. You can loosen the drag though to make it a little easier if you need more line. Once its wrapped around 3 to 5 times, you need to pull it through what you just did and tie it off with a double knot, again teeth help big time, use your tongue to help keep the line straight. This
  is hard to describe, this last step where you make the double knot, its easier just to do it. get someone who knows how to fish maybe help you the first time stringing up the rod so you can feel it, don't get just anybody because they'll undoubtedly screw it up big time then the rod won't work right, probably tangles of line etc. they wont' spool the reel the right way probably either.I'd then take a sinker, the lightest one that will not pass through the smallest islet, pull the line with the hook on it, again having the reel in normal operation though loosining the drag to make it a little easier to run line, don't loosen it too much though or you have the same thing as the reel in draggless. With the sinker clamped loosely to the line, let it go about 2 feet, then you move the sinker close to the first islet, then you clamp it down as tight as needed, using pliers if needed, probably wisest to use them. Get a multitool with pliers, its indisp
 ensible.If at any time you need to cut line, a couple ways to do it. Use that multitool if it has scissors or a knife then use two teeth like top and bottom to hold the line steady, left hand to hold the line at the other, then bring the knife straight down cleanly and the line will be cut at that that point. Another way is to use a lighter. Don't do this one if you think you might burn burn yourself. I like this one because it cleanly burns through the line, and I get to play with fire for a second . First, feel the hole where the flame comes out of the lighter, imagine a line coming from that hole, its straight. Now, flick the wheel and let your finger slide down to the lever thingy that keeps the gas going and the flame stays lit. You either pass the flame over the line, or you get it close enough, then you light it, either way it will cut the line quite effectively and
  leave a bit of line on both sides that's a little more stuff, from the burning, which can be helpful. Then, you just take the finger from the lighter and the flame goes out. If you have a butane lighter, same principal except you just push the button instead of flicking the wheel and keeping hold of the button at the end. Get a multitool that's designed for fishing though as it will have everything you need and more. Get tackle, bass can respond to spinners quite well, get lures that are designed for bass fishing. Put them in special places in your tackle box so that you will know what is where. Organizing your tackle box is important. Get one that has like 2 or 3 tiers, and then a just straight storage in the bottom. Down there you would probably put line, a stringer etc.Learn what bass like. They respond to cast and reel a lot. Spinners make them chase after their quite food, end quite. They like to do that. If you're using worms or something, maybe power ba

My number one favorite has to be the Sirot City music.I also like the factory music, the music for talking about when Rena is sad, that music from when the stadium explodes, Hazeldale, Teketsu Trail, Validation Road and, this isn't technically music, but the ambiance for the Chamber of Hatred, Holy Chamber of Zeognioss, etc etc.
