 The Eulogy 
 
   Her head looked like a brown marble, her features barely distinguishable,reduced 
to molten slits, openings, along the contours of her once proud face. An ear, 
once caressed, a mouth once a source of  wisdom, eyes a subtle source 
encouragement, all these now only a monument of  another's pain. The skull did 
show some traces of once having had hair, all that remained in places was 
a.burnt kind of matting.  
 
 That night she lay anestitized from the silent hate that eventually consumed 
her, she couldn't rise on that fated eve. A grandson driven by the unseen 
animous of an old hate, embarked on a desperate flight from fear, and set the 
'barn abaze' as so many before. The poor lad looking for an end, had no idea, 
this was just to his first step into a true hell. 
 
  Granny, struggling with enemy of the moment: sleep deprivation, was about to 
be offered up to the god of miscues.  
 
 Looking back on the boy, fellow travelers wonder, if  it was the touch of the 
unseen hand stroking his young genitals or one too many 'a kicks in the head.', 
or perhaps a truly polly morphus perverse lucid dream, the nature of which has 
been documented by many young girl child's who have had the honor of staying in 
the wrong group home. This much is certain he so wanted to get away from that 
place.his home.   
 
 Fire, was chosen to be the laddy's exit mechanism from the reality his 
grandmother endured via a concoction of  substances. Alas she was to be 
collateral damage in the burgeoning 'world war on mental illness.' or perhaps 
this was the battlefront against drugs, or maybe one car burglary too many, or 
perhaps he just looked at the wrong person the right way.and caused the wrong 
person to roll their eyes. Maybe he was chose because of his lineage. But I 
kinda doubt it.

  An insular tight headedness overtook the boy on that dark night. If only there 
had been someone there to tell him 'to look down at his body and see the blood 
pouring out.'. Maybe that would have snapped him back into reality. But is that  
really where he wanted to be ? How old was he? . 
 
 Later, astonished shock no doubt consumed him as he lay in that juvenile 
detention center and the same animous that touched him at granny's overwhelmed 
him yet again, he crawled under his bed, using the mattress as a crude form of 
shielding, There he was hiding under his bed hoping the snatch wouldn't grab. 
Alas that was not to be the case and this young Lochinvar to be was certified, 
bonafied, as in crazy. 

  As always, sadism had trumped reason. 
 
 Yup, welcome to the 21st Century edition of Racism.Com. 
 
  I ran into chief whachamacallit the other day. He was talking about Betty. The 
slug, who I used to know as Samuel,seemed to focus on sleep.
 
 Hmmm, when I ran into her on that early spring day on Fulton street, she seemed 
very focused on securing a copy of the Digest, and even more interested in the 
stories of a insanity foisted upon the ' innocent.' Made to walk a path that was 
not of their own choosing, Walk or die.  .
  
Those fat cheeks, and that tucked away smile, burnt away in an escape 
attempt  from an  unseen rage.  No not little Malcolm's. This hate was old and 
thirsty. The little guy was just the one chosen to do today's rendition of  the 
Monkey's Dance. . 
 
   Percy and Dave two men, Percy especially who was there when her husband left 
us. Percy courageously duking it out with the eternal con men of the nabe, the 
nationlist over the distribution of funds raised for the family. 
 
Malclom, laying on that ballroom floor, on a slow slide to room temperature, 
while armies of mourners marshalled in the streets, their tears plentiful, yet a 
couple of moments back they were unwilling to lift a finger to help the guy. 
“Our grand prince!” Oh they sang!
 
 While and there sat Betty, his wife, unknowingly waiting for her time to go up 
on the cross.
   
 Time Marches On.
 
She had no one to turn to. It was only her, the girls, and an unseen terror that 
was eating little Malcolm alive. Big bites, the skin of his little psyche 
popping from its' chops  like the surface of a not so done pork chop. The flesh 
of what he could have been being rended from the bone.   
 
Eventually the young laddy broke.

 Isn't it interesting how the Internet has exposed the secret avenues of influence the old and not so old use to impose their lascivious intents on the very very young? The way the pedophile gravitates to jobs and places that maximize their exposures to the object of their affections - children is well documented. The schoolyard and the enticement of a piece of candy has been replaced by the chatroom and the stroke of preying upon a child's natural curiosity of what they may feel is the unknown world of pleasant though forbidden feelings.

 The group home, and the growing populace of the senior now young adults, living in the basement, a place where many thankfully graduate to rather than entering the populace of those living in the homeless shelters. Adult kids who know the ropes very well, many a 'sandman' comes from this populace. And finally there are the operators, folks, who in some cases harbor serious mental issues, challenges for living. 

 All now placed a whisper away from a sleeping, albeit disturbed child who is probably more sexually experienced than many reading this email. 

 A disturbed child who spurned the helping hand of the city paid psychiatrist who makes house calls to such places. A child who does not respond well to living in a place where she feels a relational disadvantage. Naturally she is always looking for a handle to lift herself up with. The last few nights she has been therapeutically flying around the empire state building, and leaping high above the tree tops, playing tag with the sparrows, and taking a quick glimpsing into the eyes of the hawk. 

 Tonight, or rather this morning she is going meet the 'jelly roll.' And in that meeting she is going to feel herself being put back into a comfortable place, a place she feels a degree of power. There is no control in childhood. The smile of innocence will giveway to an _expression_ of that dulled physically embracing mask of 'feel good.' 

 This morning between 3 and 5 am, Rico the sandman will come calling for the first of many visits.Maria, the eleven year old woman is about to come forth.

I'm really excited by George Bush's latest reason for bombing Iraq: he's running out of patience. And so am I! For some time now I've been really pissed off with Mr Johnson, who lives a couple of doors own the street. Well, him and Mr Patel, who runs the health food shop. They both give me queer looks, and I'm sure Mr Johnson is planning something nasty for me, but so far I haven't been able to discover what.

I've been round to his place a few times to see what he's up to, but he's got everything well hidden. That's how devious he is. As for Mr Patel, don't ask me how I know, I just know - from very good sources - that he is, in reality, a Mass Murderer. I have leafleted the street telling them that if we don't act first, he'll pick us off one by one. Some of my neighbours say, if I've got proof, why don't I go to the police? But that's simply ridiculous. The police will say that they need evidence of a crime with which to charge my neighbours. They'll come up with endless red tape and quibbling about the rights and wrongs of a pre-emptive strike and all the while Mr Johnson will be finalising his plans to do terrible things to me, while Mr Patel will be secretly murdering people.

Since I'm the only one in the street with a decent range of automatic firearms, I reckon it's up to me to keep the peace. But until recently that's been a little difficult. Now, however, George W. Bush has made it clear that all I need to do is run out of patience, and then I can wade in and do whatever I want! And let's face it, Mr Bush's carefully thought-out policy towards Iraq is the only way to bring about international peace and security. The one certain way to stop Muslim fundamentalist suicide bombers targeting the US or the UK is to bomb a few Muslim countries that have never threatened us.

That's why I want to blow up Mr Johnson's garage and kill his wife and children. Strike first! That'll teach him a lesson. Then he'll leave us in peace and stop peering at me in that totally unacceptable way.

Mr Bush makes it clear that all he needs to know before bombing Iraq is that Saddam is a really nasty man and that he has weapons of mass destruction - even if no one can find them. I'm certain I've just as much justification for killing Mr Johnson's wife and children as Mr Bush has for bombing Iraq. Mr Bush's long-term aim is to make the world a safer place by eliminating 'rogue states' and 'terrorism'. It's such a clever long-term aim because how can you ever know when you've achieved it? How will Mr Bush know when he's wiped out all terrorists? When every single terrorist is dead? But then a terrorist is only a terrorist once he's committed an act of terror. What about would-be terrorists? These are the ones you really want to eliminate, since most of the known terrorists, being suicide bombers, have already eliminated themselves.

Perhaps Mr Bush needs to wipe out everyone who could possibly be a future terrorist? Maybe he can't be sure he's achieved his objective until every Muslim fundamentalist is dead? But then some moderate Muslims might convert to fundamentalism. Maybe the only really safe thing to do would be for Mr Bush to eliminate all Muslims? It's the same in my street. Mr Johnson and Mr Patel are just the tip of the iceberg. There are dozens of other people in the street who I don't like and who - quite frankly - look at me in odd ways. No one will be really safe until I've wiped them all out. My wife says I might be going too far but I tell her I'm simply using the same logic as the President of the United States. That shuts her up.

Like Mr Bush, I've run out of patience, and if that's a good enough reason for the President, it's good enough for me. I'm going to give the whole street two weeks - no, 10 days - to come out in the open and hand over all aliens and interplanetary hijackers, galactic outlaws and interstellar terrorist masterminds, and if they don't hand them over nicely and say 'Thank you', I'm going to bomb the entire street to kingdom come. It's just as sane as what George W. Bush is proposing - and, in contrast to what he's intending, my policy will destroy only one street.

hodge podge of hate driven rants.

The perps? Well sadly most are immigrants from those great citadels
of democratic tradition found in Africa, central America and the
Caribbean.

Where we come from, you can hack these people up
in the fields with Machete and no one cares!

These tapes are real.  Recorded in New York city  over a 12 year period.

The atrocity of these behaviors is they were tolerated during
the terms of  the  last three mayors, Koch, Dinkins, and Guilani.

I wonder if James Woods new movie 'Rudy' will have a segment
on this slice of the pie?




  The archive of audio tapes recording the suffering of persons under
  intense assault via high powered acoustic devices are being made available.

  The average lay person, law enforcement worker can now review and have

To add more weight to the peculiarity of this situation, consider the flight capacity of the four hijacked airliners. These routes were extremely popular ones, most of them filled to 100% capacity during weekdays. In fact, oftentimes, fliers were asked if they wanted to give up their seats to another traveler. Yet on 9-11, the four flights in
question were uncharacteristically empty. (Remember the two women who were forced to take separate planes, because the flights were full? Each plane thereafter hit a WTC building.) 

                 American Airlines 11 - filled to only 39% of capacity
                 American Airlines 77 - filled to only 27% of capacity
                 United Airlines 175 - filled to only 26% of capacity
                 United Airlines 93 - filled to only 16% of capacity

In an industry that takes extremely close notice of such matters, why didn't anyone see the red flags that were being waved? Did someone tell them to neglect these glaring inconsistencies to lessen the collateral damage (or the insurance payouts)?

[CTRL] Pray Or Die - The Rise Of The New Black Hand

Yesterday,
After watching one the most overrated movies
of all time: LOTR2 . I had a meal followed by a walk
with my companion. The subject turned to a mutual
friend who recently joined the Jehovah's Witnesses.

I spoke to her about 'his' take on their belief on the earth's age
and other subjects, ranging from evolution to dinosaurs. I
had expected our friend to give a wide eyed repetition of the
party line I hear from the average door bell ringer, who struggles
to comprehend the pamphlet he is handing out. But our friend's
understanding of these matter's were slightly more up to date.

He used black box logic when religious revelation appeared to be
contradicted by reason/science. Meaning, science as well this world
was a gift from God to man, down to the fossils and geological data.
His belief was God created the world in an 'aged' state

That aside, the behavioral point we both got from the guy was he
was not very evangelistic. Nope he was down right flat.

  We talked about the guy, who in many ways fits a TI(Targeted Individual)
id type. Upper middle class, African American, the type who oxymoronically
used to refer to themselves as light skinned black people. He was
raised a catholic, primary, secondary private schoolingConverted to
Islam via Elijah Mohammed in the 70's 80's , now today he is a Jehovah's
Witness.

  A religious journey that follows an apparently well tred path.

  We talked about the guy who in many ways walked a similar road we
had followed as youthful adults. We also were aware of his TI status as was
he.
Oddly, he showed me my first Information Unlimited catalog quite a while
back.

   I shook my head in amazement. He did not look brainwashed, nor like a wide
eyed Jesus Saves MC Loon. No, what was it?  My companion looked at me
and said,  'He probably joined them for protection.

  Protection from who? This question quickly passed, he was a Muslim. Why
should he be afraid? When my own experiences discussing MC harassment with
Nation Of Islam types came to the forefront of my mind.  These guys are more
knee jerk DSM IV than the old psychiatric evangelist Kuby.

Nah, he would not have received any help from them(Nation Of Islam). Also so
much
jockeying for position and power within this group, he may even have been
seen as a
competitor.

  But I was back to my question, protection from who? Over the last three
decades in
the inner city nabes, folks have watched the rise of the 'racial identity
movements'
amongst the underclass of the inner city. Contemporaneously, the same
movement is
taking place amoungst the white youths in both the burbs and the boonies.
You can spot the black side of the coin in NYC in Times Square with their
garish
dress and signs. Most people dismiss them as harmless crazies. They go by
many names
black Israelites, 12 tribes of judah, etc...

  To an illiterate kid sitting in a what is charitably called a home, with
nothing to do
other than watch Springer and turning to look out of the window to see who
looks like
they have a full purse; seeing these folks paraded on  TV along with their
ego inflating
rhetoric, wild dress, this is an attractive group. One that has risen to the
forefront of
the new religious cults of the illiterate and disenfranchised.

These guys make the Nation Of Islam look like the Mormons.  Again, this
is also one
of the fastest growing cults amongst the inner city underclass.

They run group homes, mental health outpost(faith based of course), hot dog
stands
you name it. They also have an animus for both 'washed out looking black
people', (their
term) and working women. Could this be the who? Afterall these guys do work
the wonder
of real estate magic: quickly emptying out rent stabilized buildings.

   Our friend did live in such a building, but his new landlord was a third
worlder and not from this
group. My companion said, worse. Then again I wondered about the who? Third

as it is done quietly.

and he did say,

 You know the other day old wild eyed Alan Dershowitz was talking about 
the use of torture against suicide bombers families and the like in the interrogation process. Of course this would be short term tool used only when information was needed quickly. 

 But what about the subject line of this post. This is doable today, will leave no 
noticeable scars and if done correctly can inflict incalculable virtual physical suffering
on the subject. There are volumes of data out in the field, Robertson Family Foster Care group homes of the Bronx for the violent mentally ill teenagers.

 Senator Chuck Schumer called for a slice of the homeland security money going 
 to combat violent organized crime committed by those, who based on the nature of 
their violent actions(behavior) would be considered quite ill. 

 Initially my(JZ) response to the Senator's suggestion was quite shrill and fearful. As 
my response saw it as directed at the 'little guy'. But you know I bet it is directed 
at the organized mobs of perps who have turned the 'keep an eye on em' suggestion 
of the local area mental health czar into a form of racketeering style organized
crime. 

 I live in the Bronx as you do.Fishbay no less. The home of voodoo cults, grassroots 
(economic underclass) scientology congregations, and very violent fundamentalist 
Christian cults. In fact the new ecumenical odd couple are individuals who are both 
Jehovah Witness's and members of the Church of Scientology(tm). Most of the homes 
are row houses and share a common set of beams, drainage basins, and through
years of unlicensed plumbing work, they usually share some of the same pipes
in the plumbing system, as well having a common wall. 

 The common form of volunteerism for those time challenged(unemployed) 
person's who, for one reason or another, have given up on work is mental
health volunteerism. As you know the Bronx Psychiatric Center is a stone's 
throw down the Hutchinson River Parkway from this nabe. The informal network
of volunteers that is the basis of the structured community based mental health 
in this nabe draws both its' validation as well reams of unauthorized privacy data
through this institution. 

 Homes of the potential violent and or suicidal mentally ill, are commonly bugged
(via the phone system), people followed, and physical as well virtual violence is quite 
common. Especially perpetrated by children of the volunteers against those whose 
behavior or in the case of a mentally ill female:body, is deemed worthy of observation.
In fact the fate of the single female in this area is often an untold tale of horror often 
ending in madness and or suicide. 
 
 Her male counterpart, depending on 'what he learns and how quickly' can be
reflected in the externalized rage that you ABE often write about. The police 
who lost any semblance of objectivity when they rolled out community policing are 
of no help and often get manipulated into being tools of criminal harassment. 


 Lately, the smell of this situation has drifted out of the political patronage
urinal known as the Bronx Psychiatric Center into the homes of the sleeping 
private sectored middle class residents of the nabe. Who are literally rubbing 
the 'sleep out of their eyes' and in disbelief saying 'how did these pieces of 
walking human excrement get this kind of power?' 

 Perhaps it was also this smell that awoke Senator Schumer. Who knows,
maybe even the rumors of what really lay behind the acts of rampage, and
other modern myths offering explanations for this violent madness has
reached the 'mensch' from Brooklyn. 

 Rumors of medical experiments on children in foster/care group homes.
Usually entailing 'non-chemical' treatments for depression and or hyper 
/activity. 

 Rumors of the local volunteers persuading delusional senior citizens to give up
their choice rent stabilized apartments and move into a stellar nursing home
where the well educated aides will take care of their every need. 
 
 If this what Senator Schumer is going after, then great! IF. The homeland
defense budget should fund an active criminal pursuit of the miscreants 
who have lived off of the misery of the ill, since the dark days of Mayor Crazy -
Ed Koch. 
 

Who knows? We might even save a child from an endless night of 'virtual violence.'

Subject: Plastic wrap 
 As a seventh grade student, Claire Nelson learned that di(ethylhexyl)adepate (DEHA), considered a carcinogen, is found in plastic wrap. She also learned that the FDA had never studied the effect of microwave cooking on plastic-wrapped food. Claire began to wonder: "Can cancer-causing particles seep into food covered with household plastic wrap while it is being microwaved?"





Three years later, with encouragement from her high school science teacher, Claire set out to test what the 
FDA had not. Although she had an idea for studying the effect of microwave radiation on plastic-wrapped food, she did not have the equipment. Eventually, Jon Wilkes at the National Center for Toxicological Research in Jefferson, Arkansas, agreed to help her. The research center, which is affiliated with the FDA, let her use its facilities to perform her experiments, which involved microwaving plastic wrap in virgin olive oil. 


Claire tested four different plastic wraps and "found not just the carcinogens but also xenoestrogen was 
migrating [into the oil]" Xenoestrogens are linked to low sperm counts in men and to breast cancer in women.


Throughout her junior and senior years, Claire made a couple of trips each week to the research center, which 
was 25 miles from her home, to work on her experiment. An article in Options reported that "her analysis found that DEHA was migrating into the oil at between 200 parts and 500 parts per million. The FDA standard is 0.05 parts per billion." Her summarized results have been published in science journals. Claire Nelson received the American Chemical Society's top science prize for students during her junior year and fourth place at the Internationa! l Science and Engineering Fair (Fort Worth, Texas) as a senior. On Channel 2 (Huntsville, AL) they had a Dr. Edward Fujimoto from Castle Hospital on the 
program. He is the manager of the Wellness Program at the hospital. He was talking about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat and plastics releases dioxins into

 This weeks Voice in a piece on women seeking second trimester abortions
in New York may have hit on something, They open the piece with a tale of
a gal named Latisha up from Philly who had been afflicted with a rather acute 
case of brotherly love, as in pregnant. The poe chile didn't know till she was 
20 weeks gone. The hospital in Philly assumed for her, she would give birth, 
despite the continued occurrence of her menestrual cylcle, as well the fact 
she was on contraceptives. 
, 
 So she trekked to the Apple, obviously with 'right to life' bloodhounds 
on her trail/tale. 

 The woman, Latisha speaks of strangers walking into her, literally, in the train
 station as in 'bumping into her', A woman in the train station grabbing her arm and 
telling her 'You don't have to do this!" 

Of course in the Voice reporter Latisha found a sympahetic ear. Had she told this 
to a mental health counselor in a local nabe clinic she would have been profiled as 
paranoid. And the corrective measures for this ailment would no doubt severly limit 
her rights of choice, Afterall, the tragic effect of this conflict of conscience manifesting 
itself in her having delusions about an anti-abortion group conspiring to prevent her
 from terminating her pregnancy was merely her psyche crying out for help. What makes
 her so special that the assasination prone 'right to lifers' would try to stop her second 
trimester abortion? 

 The Voice piece tells us Latisha had to be hid out while in the Apple (boy I wish TI's got 
that type of assistance) She will survive thanks to the network of protection surrounding her,
 protecting her from the forces of violent fundementalist evangelism. 

 But now they see Latisha as a 'BabyKiller' , I wonder what kind of welcome
home she will get back in Philly. Latisha just bought a one way ticket on the 
TI express.

 Also of major note, this is not especially new.
Kids at many of the major tech schools in the city
(The Apple of course) have been playing around
with this stuff since the seventies. 

 The makers use two narrow beam ultrasonic waveforms
that intersect at a given point they then form a
a deference tone, by way of cancellation. Each wave form should
be modulated at 45 to 180 degree opposition to the other.
This does not mean positionally 180, but on a scope
the waveforms display would show this opposition. 

 A wave form of 450khz and 440 khz would form a deference tone
of 10khz

 This task could even be done mechanically provided you were clever
enough to parse the entire task (creating a deference tone) into
small 'doable' parts, and then had a competent implementation method. 

 It is also worth noting a deference tone can also be formed to create a powerful
low frequency shockwave that could render a person unconscious,
or worse. Imagine a 150 decibel 10 hertz waveform resonating
momentarily from your chest cavity, or a major blood vessels in your
brain. Presently to accomplish this effect it recommended that the
object be at a perpendicular angle to the waveforms, else the effect
is diminished. How 'diminished,' is an area that generates ferocious arguments,
and can end collaborative problem solving efforts.

 But for the purpose of the sound envelope of a musical piece this is not the case. 


 Finally, don't ever go to a psych emergency room complaining of voices
if the accompanying voices caused you to experience major gastrointestinal
distress, as well ear popping, and or explosive belching. 

You are probably somebody's guinea pig, or as they now say in the nabe

 There is also a school of thought that says, Right now there are active 'anti-drug cults' groups, organizations that are against all drug use irrespective whether it be recreational and or therapeutic. In addition these group actively sabotage and or undermine all efforts at treatment using pharmaceuticals, and additionally would try to sabotage a study such as this one. 

 The subjects in these controlled studies go home at night, live their normal (for them) lifestyles and report back to the
study people as to what they are experiencing. 

 However, my post here is merely one 'suggested' explanation of the correlative data found in the two in 100 test results.

 Greetings Fellow Listers, 

 This is a very interesting article. My evidence gathering task convinced me long ago the abdominal cavity is probably the best resonation cavity of the human body. 

 In this time of post on acoustic devices such as woody's somewhat simple ultrasonic weapon: the acoustic radiator,
as well other harassment theories put forward on MC-L, I will release a portion of a tape of true MC not voice to skull, but rather voice or rather waveform to body abdominal cavity. In most cases(surviellance tapes) there was no audible verbal sound, nothing but breathing. However, I guess through error in maybe one tape in 100 you can clearly pickup a voice and other artificial sounds resonating from a torso. 

 The motives are sick and twisted, probably a worse case of twisted third world religious torture, disguised as covert faith based healing. 

 The effects on the human respiratory system are tremendous. The TI in question has been sent to emergency rooms three times over a two year period with respiratory failures. 

 Also recently I have begun both audio and video monitoring to insure the validity of the tapes. a one full minute portion goes up at R Dot Com this weekend. There 
can be no doubt remaining after hearing this audio clip. 

 There is NO visible audio equipment anywhere in the room. My theory is it has to be ? 

Mindcontrol or Confuse And Kill, is more like it.

 Also as a followup, in my not so humble opinion, 
 These audio 'catches' are the result of mistakes. I 
 believe any other TI who would record night in 
 night out, using tapes would pick up the same thing. 

 The mistakes are made by the various crews of 
 perps who will monitor and or administer/torture
 a person over an extended period of time. These
 are the circumstances in which mistakes are made.
 
 Also the technique of targeting the genital groin
 area of a test/torture subject probably has two 
 purposes. 

 1) Accessibility to the abdominal/respiratory cavities
 
 2) It humiliates the test subject making them less 
 likely to talk about it.

I have recently received large numbers of photographs of horrendous birth deformities that are being experienced in Iraq. I have not, quite frankly, ever seen anything like them. I urge you to copy this page / these pictures and circulate them as widely as possible. 
In an act of stark cruelty, the US dominated Sanctions Committee refuses to permit Iraq to import the clean-up equipment that they desperately need to decontaminate their country of the Depleted Uranium ammunition that the US fired at them. Approximately 315 tons of DU dust was left by the use of this ammunition.The Sanctions Committee also refuses to allow the mass importation of anti-cancer treatments, which contain trace amounts of radio-isotopes, on the grounds that these constitute '...nuclear materials..'
The majority of the pictures were supplied to me by a source who prefers to remain anonymous at the current time. I was unable to acquire either original negatives, or prints from negatives. They arrived in the form of colour A4 copies. I scanned them into Photoshop and attempted to clean and sharpen them as best I could. There has not, and I repeat not, been any digital alteration other than the cleaning and sharpening process. No text documentation arrived with the pictures, so I have described them as accurately as I can. It is my understanding that the photographs were taken from 1998 onwards. I would be grateful to anyone who could potentially supply me with further information about these types of deformities; medical terms for them, etc.
Additional pictures were taken by Dr. Siegwart Horst-Gunther, President of the International Yellow Cross. Most appeared in his 1996 book "URANIUM PROJECTILES - SEVERELY MAIMED SOLDIERS, DEFORMED BABIES, DYING CHILDREN" (Published by AHRIMAN - Verlag, ISBN: 3-89484-805-7). The book is a documentary record of DU ammunition after-effects, and they were taken between 1993 and 1995. Dr. Gunther also supplied me with additional photographs from his unpublished collection, some of which feature the birth deformities being experienced by Western Gulf war veterans' children. I have asked Dr. Gunther's permission for his pictures to be treated as 'Public Domain' and copyright free. He has agreed and you may reproduce them as you see fit.
Both the Pentagon and the British Ministry of Defence officially deny that there is any significant danger from exposure to DU ammunition. And whilst it is conceivable that the US led attacks on Iraq's nuclear power stations could be a contributory factor, most reseachers point to DU as

   As most who are readers of this list know
I do not fall under the umbrella of  the conspiracy
thinkers, or rather governmental conspiracy. I adhere
to the theory of perhaps a conspiracy of the incompe-
tent, and common sadist and criminal hustlers with toys.
And of course the 'good guys' who find out about the above
group, but for reasons of  'social control'  don't want to
publicly 'let the cat out of the bag'

  I don't believe that a scanner hooked to an airplane can pick up
my individual brainwaves and read them, and know I am  thinking about
the book I read last night.  Nope.  But If you want to believe that
its OK. I am certain you can find numerous citations and links
on the internet that will support your belief, along with time travel
et al, again that's OK.

  I believe the groundwork for most of the  MC harassment/conditioning
effect takes place at night while you are sleeping. Here in this state
you are conditioned via  the centuries old no tech method of lucid dreaming.,
AND the sound(delivery mechanism) is audible and  recordable with ONLY
a minimum of difficulty. There are also other physical techniques that
accompany the acoustic, and their purpose is to induce stress in
the sleeping subject.

  I also say the 'voice to skull' , microwave hearing', et all effects
spoken in this forum and others do not work on  a sleeping person.
I don't have to offer a citation on this point because quite honestly the
citations offered on the effects on a  wide awake person are weak at best.
Yes there is Persinger, but doesn't he really point more to  the ability to
effect  temperment?


  In terms of  messaging the acoustic side of the argument is much stronger,
BUT even here, when we talk about the effects on a SLEEPING person via the
skin as a piezo electric surface, and bone conduction we again have a weak
position. (This relates to sound the ear will not pick up.)

  I also believe there have been lawsuits on the very matters we discuss

[CTRL] Voices And Lucid Dream Hustle/Scams

 There is a RB record that opens with the line
Here I Go, Here I go, Here I go again.

  For those in the group who experience the weird and
lurid lucid dreams, as you know, my THEORY  holds  that
the subliminal, voice to skull, skin as a  piezo electric
surface  methodology does not work on a sleeping subject.

   In fact I say the voices have to be audible in order for
the victim's dreams to be effected via lucid dream techniques.
One aspect of this theory is the message delivery  system
is aided by  reasonating the subject as well  affecting (building
a column of air  gradually over a  given time span)  the air pressure
in the sleeping subjects body , in fact making his or her chest cavity
a speaker enclosure.

   My theory is 'this time'(sleeping hours) is when most of the
'dirty  work'  is done on the population group we have come to know
as TI's. During this state the association of  thoughts with objects take
place, and this is replayed  over the next day or days through the
person's day to day chores,  often re-cued by  encounters with  both
strong and weak stimuli.

  You can verify this yourself. Buy a long term tape record(16 hours) a
good microphone  and about 20 two hour tapes. You will be surprised
at what you pick up.


This method is a commonly used  as a hustle on third world hayseeds
who believe the voices coming from their body is maybe a forerunner of
out and out demonic possession.  Naturally regular old everyday americans
buy into the hustle, but in a different manner: They believe they are on the
verge of a major breakdown whose onset is signalled by this symptom of
a  serious  mental  illness.  My theory all holds this method is used in
'fly by night' drug rehab clinics, and rampantly emploed in residential group
homes for toster children  and the mentally ill.  North East Bronx, lower
Westchester county, and the downtown Broolkn communites of  Fort Greene
and south Brooklyn(84th and 88th (The Psychoanalytic)) precincts.



   This is easy to dolower mid tech, and  works quite well on isolated
individuals as well the population group described in the prior paragraph.
I also contend there have been lawsuits filed because this method which
have been settled out of court and do not appear on the courts record.
But then again this is only a theory. MINE

  This is an interesting speculation. .
In fact one a 'beat cop and I hadia
lively discussion over back in
89.

   John Vincent to his credit has shined the light of  day
on the activities of  the drug vigilante cults that operate
across this grand continent.  Let me tell you
a story in that vain and also  related to abemarf  speculation.

  Well way back then. There was a guy on the block
in downtown brooklyn,  who was considered different
because he was a 'bro' who wore a suit, and talked without
an accent(even ole joe here has a trace of an exotic combo
chicago/arkansas brogue) and kept to himself and his ole
lady(wife I assume)

The precinct was the 84th. Well one day the young man was
alledgedly  making runs from his apartment every 45 minutes and
going to the 'drug' cop spot(timeframe 1:00am) .In these pre-wide
-spread electronic MC mayhem, some of the local yokels bashed
the poor guy upside his head with a bat. They didn't take his money.
They just didn't approve of his lifestyle.

After all he probably wasted as much on drugs that night than they
had to live on for the week. A classic case of  the non-platonic form of
envy.

 I talked to him(the victim) after it happened he was scared. Most of the
locals
knew who did it. but no one said anything.

   A note on the nabe, Some of these local claimed and it was verified by
others,
that they ran  Billy Crystall out of the hood. Because they didn't like him
way
back when. Since I don't want to be controversial I will say it was classic
case
ant-semitism.

   Maybe I could have helped him (the accountant not Billy Crystal),
but I had a problem with him because he was a bean counter and
I worked the systems side of  the fence and I just got a thing about
people who check figures (numbers). and quite honestly I could
not afford his kind of friendship.


   Well the  guy recovered and went back to work. Later though
as the economy went into  a slump, the guy lost his gig. His job was
taken over by an accounting software package.  But he still had the bucks.


  By this time the local 'crackbusters'  had evolved into the lucid
dream hustlers. Some folks called them 'The Midnight Cabaleros'.

 Finally Rockefeller Center started hiring a lot of these locals
(humanitarian hiring programs) and in that spirit they started borrowing
 a lot of   gizmos(NDTE)  from the gig, bringing  this suff into
apt buildings where they suspected 'crack dens'  to be set up.
This included pot smokers, who were now redefined as crack heads.
 .
Finally both he and his wife started  catching heavyweight hell. Let's
face it  she is sleeping next to hinm  in the same bed.

   Later they guy grew so frighted he slept with a bat under the mattress
Well one night, right after a session with the guys who  took freud's
statement
'visit them in the night'  very seriously. The  lucid dream, these  'night
riders of
the new age' put on the ole boy woke him up in a rage, and as you would have
it, he thought his wife's head was either a raging beast or a softball, and
he killed her.

   People in that building new exactly what had occured. The local beat cops
were up on these 'therapy by night' sessions, and no one said a thing. The
guy
took a murder rap.  I believe he was out of prison by  the middle of Billy
Clinton's
first term.

  The local  'good guy therapist knew about this crap.  They just stood in
awe when
it was being used without a death. Then when his wife was killed they
scampered into
woodworks and claimed they new nothing and let ole Leeroy take the fall..

That the name CLOVERLEAF is used by a computerized healthcare company for a
product line is not unusual, as trade-names are in short supply...I cannot
see how you can make the connection to chem-trail spraying.

If we were to assume that a trade-name has a hidden meaning, then we should
avoid traffic interchanges, Ireland, and dairy products.

(Traffic cloverleafs, four-leaf clovers, Cloverleaf milk)

I think we're stretching here, guys and gals.

Maybe the chemtrail spraying is really going on, but there are possible other
explanations: The extra plumbing equipment could be sanitizing the waste
products of the planes' septic system, or maybe the moisture buildup (from
hundreds of people exhaling water vapor) in the cabin is being expelled, or
maybe this is a cloud-seeding operation for weather control, to offset the
coming drought.
If I recall correctly, there was some concern that the contrails of jet
aircraft could be altering natural cloud formation which were thought to have
long-term climatological effects on US weather. Haven't heard too much about
this lately, but maybe our leaders in DC have been working quiietly to
counteract such effects. Who knows?

FBI Probes Espionage at Clinton White House

A foreign spy service appears to have penetrated secret communications in 
the Clinton administration, which has discounted security and intelligence 
threats.

The FBI is probing an explosive foreign-espionage operation that could 
dwarf the other spy scandals plaguing the U.S. government. Insight has 
learned that FBI counterintelligence is tracking a daring operation to spy 
on high-level U.S. officials by hacking into supposedly secure telephone 
networks. The espionage was facilitated, federal officials say, by lax 
telephone-security procedures at the White House, State Department and 
other high-level government offices and by a Justice Department 
unwillingness to seek an indictment against a suspect.

The espionage operation may have serious ramifications because the FBI has 
identified Israel as the culprit. It risks undermining U.S. public support 
for the Jewish state at a time Israel is seeking billions of tax dollars 
for the return of land to Syria. It certainly will add to perceptions that 
the Clinton-Gore administration is not serious about national security. 
Most important, it could further erode international confidence in the 
ability of the United States to keep secrets and effectively lead as the 
world^Òs only superpower.

More than two dozen U.S. intelligence, counterintelligence, 
law-enforcement and other officials have told Insight that the FBI 
believes Israel has intercepted telephone and modem communications on some 
of the most sensitive lines of the U.S. government on an ongoing basis. 
The worst penetrations are believed to be in the State Department. But 
others say the supposedly secure telephone systems in the White House, 
Defense Department and Justice Department may have been compromised as well.

The problem for FBI agents in the famed Division 5, however, isn^Òt just 
what they have uncovered, which is substantial, but what they don^Òt yet 
know, according to Insight^Òs sources interviewed during a year-long 
investigation by the magazine. Of special concern is how to confirm and 
deal with the potentially sweeping espionage penetration of key U.S. 
government telecommunications systems allowing foreign eavesdropping on 
calls to and from the White House, the National Security Council, or NSC, 
the Pentagon and the State Department.

The directors of the FBI and the CIA have been kept informed of the 
ongoing counterintelligence operation, as have the president and top 
officials at the departments of Defense, State and Justice and the NSC. A 
^Óheads up^Ô has been given to the House and Senate Intelligence 
Committees, but no government official would speak for the record.

^ÓIt^Òs a huge security nightmare,^Ô says a senior U.S. official familiar 
with the super-secret counterintelligence operation. ^ÓThe implications 
are severe,^Ô confirms a second with direct knowledge. ^ÓWe^Òre not even 
sure we know the extent of it,^Ô says a third high-ranking intelligence 
official. ^ÓAll I can tell you is that we think we know how it was done,^Ô 
this third intelligence executive tells Insight. ^ÓThat alone is serious 
enough, but it^Òs the unknown that has such deep consequences.

A senior government official who would go no further than to admit 
awareness of the FBI probe, says: ^ÓIt is a politically sensitive matter. 
I can^Òt comment on it beyond telling you that anything involving Israel 
on this particular matter is off-limits. It^Òs that hot.

It is very hot indeed. For nearly a year, FBI agents had been tracking an 
Israeli businessman working for a local phone company. The man^Òs wife is 
alleged to be a Mossad officer under diplomatic cover at the Israeli 
Embassy in Washington. Mossad ^× the Israeli intelligence service ^× is 
known to station husband-and-wife teams abroad, but it was not known 
whether the husband is a full-fledged officer, an agent or something else. 
When federal agents made a search of his work area they found a list of 
the FBI^Òs most sensitive telephone numbers, including the Bureau^Òs 
^Óblack^Ô lines used for wiretapping. Some of the listed numbers were 
lines that FBI counterintelligence used to keep track of the suspected 
Israeli spy operation. The hunted were tracking the hunters.

^ÓIt was a shock,^Ô says an intelligence professional familiar with the 
FBI phone list. ^ÓIt called into question the entire operation. We had 
been compromised. But for how long?

This discovery by Division 5 should have come as no surprise, given what 
its agents had been tracking for many months. But the FBI discovered 
enough information to make it believe that, somehow, the highest levels of 
the State Department were compromised, as well as the White House and the 
NSC. According to Insight^Òs sources with direct knowledge, other secure 
government telephone systems and/or phones to which government officials

I'm not sure this is a proper area for exploration. The boy is with his
father and likely to remain with him.
Any attempt to lay open private lives is rather onerous. To me it suggests
revenge.
Unless she gains custody...and even then, I assume the court would look into
her qualifications but keep any findings private.

I hope we're not at the stage where we have to rent a football stadium and
bring in Jerry Springer to "mediate" the issues...though I have this sinking
feeling we're headed that way.

I think the Miami family is keeping quiet because there are media deals in
the works...books, movies, music, public appearances, lectures ( it might be
interesting see her give a lecture on this at Miami International
University!!), and truthfully they would hurt their cause at this time by
being strident and vocal. Their "cause" may have changed from Elian to $$,
certainly if the lawyers ever expect to get anything out of this. (Elian
survived the sharks in the Gulf, but the land-based ones are gonna get a big
bite out the event somehow)

I think what we have is an otherwise unimportant incident blown into massive
proportions by (a) the Castro hating politicos (b) the press (don't get me
started!) and (c) the lawyers. In a way the family is as much a victim as the
public at large; I think they were egged on into a lot of this by the trio of
influences mentioned, and didn't have the ability to discern it might
backfire, or that a world exists outside Little Havana, which doesn't give
rat's ass about much of what's going on, except that the father is the best
person to deal with his son. Of course, this puts the Cuban-Americans' fight
way out of the picture, and they need to platform to argue their agenda.
(They may have legit complaints, but I want to be sure that the people
pushing this are legit Americans or landed immigrants, and not illegals the
INS didn't happen to catch. If they're Americans, they're "one of us" and
deserve to be heardthrow the rest of 'em back)

  get large numbers of Americans to actually DEMAND WAR?

  The U.S. had broken the Japanese Imperial Code around a
  year before Pearl Harbor.
  Roosevelt and his inner circle not only knew the Japanese fleet

I do believe that Roosevelt wanted us to get involved in Europe (to help
England), but I'm not sure he would have wanted a Pacific War since we were
strained in Europe.
But wouldn't a declaration of war rather than an overtly aggressive act (the
raid) have gotten the attention of Roosevelt?  BTW, it was brilliant
strategic move on the part of the Japanese. We were caught with our pants
down. If we had the same thing to Tokyo, our side would be perceived as
heroes ( I say this with some hesitation as many brave men died, but that is
the nature of war).

I don't disagree about your listing of provocative events, but question
whether they were done to get the result you suggest. As one example, let me
propose we cut off oil to Japan because it was needed on other battlefronts.
But the US was by far not the only source of oil...as I recall we were but a
small exporter compared to other countries.

I don't know about the reasoning behind the Panama Canal closing, and would
suggest you might have a point. Nevertheless Germany closed the Suez Canal to
allsuggesting to me that these closings of shortcuts might have slowed
the war down a bit to permit a bit  of perspective taking.

I have no knowledge of the Manchuria demands. But what was Japan doing in
Manchuria. Was this an act of war on Japan's part?

Please do not take my questions as necessarily a disagreement with your
thesis; I just don't know enough about all this to respond properly, in
depth. But two of your three "reasons" seem a little thin to me.

my earlier answers were prepared in too much haste.

1) you say thatthe US attacked Iraq to protect Arab oil...but Iraq had
invaded Kuwait in a border dispute (similar to China's claim on Taiwan these
days). Kuwait was once part of Iraq.
Had not Iraq invaded Kuwait cutting off its oil, and had  not the Arab oil
fields been next in line, I don't think the military response would have been
as great.
There is of course the possibility that we went into war to use up military
supplies to keep the military-industrial complex going, or to test new
technologies, but we may never know.

2.In times of war, strategically important thoroughfares are protected. I
know that there was great fear a ship might be blown up in the canal and
block it for military use. Were ONLY the Japanese blocked from using it? And
even if it was them, was there are fear that they would send supplies to
Germany?

I'm still pissed that the IRS is after me to pay more taxes, but these
people, who received over $200,000 in cash, gifts, and services, go off
scott-free from paying $60,000 in taxes because they are protected by a large
voting bloc in south Florida. And make no mistake, every politician down
there is afraid of the Cuban vote (one-third of the population, and probably
critical in any election outcome since they seem to vote as  a block).

Having lived down there, I feel (but could never prove) that most Miami
Cubans are afraid to speak out against the supposed Cuban "leaders" there.
Miami has turned into as big a crime mess as any city in the US...there's the
Russian mob now ensconced in great numbers, and a lot of Colombians too.
Drugs are pretty widely available, and gang warfare is not uncommon. Yes,
it's become an interesting metropolis, but the underbelly is sure ugly.

We've been had by the media, over and over.
The cult of personality prevails. There's more gossip in the papers than
news...or is it news too? Well the Elian affair is almost a Soap Opera.

Well, it could be the whole thing comes from universal suffrage!
Women, as we've learned from sociology, are concerned about relationships,
and that's what they discuss between themselves. (And try to discuss with

Was it not logical that politicians, seeking the female vote, would entwine

per month for her heated apartment, a buck for a phone, etc etc. Payphones
calls in Moscow were 2 kopeks then...about 1/10th of a cent. The buses and
subways were maybe 10 kopeks. And within Russia you could fly $6000 miles
from Moscow to Siberia for $45. As a tourist I paid $210 for the same flight.
Only after opening the borders did "real world" econmic realities set in, and
severely damaged the ability of pensioners to survive (the govt never raised
pensions to match skyrocketing inflation).
The point of all this is that I have come to believe that a closed economic
system can set whatever prices it wants on the goods it produces, and the
[people will survive. But once the gates have been opened to foreign trade,
level has to meet world realities.

OK, where am I headed with this?  It follows that despite improvements in
productivity, EVENTUALLY the countries with the largest working populations
(and this means largest markets, too) will prevail. Chinas 1.5 Billion and
Indias 1.0 Billion will overrun us someday, using our foreign trade deficits
to accomplish this.

I concur...in discussions around town I have yet to find a single person who
thought the kid should stay with the family (about 30 people) (of course the
results might be different in a Latin area)

The family, I think, was trying an "adoption by press" process since there is
NO way they could legally adopt this kid, even if the real father was dead
too.  I say no legal process, because any court that had the kid's real
interests at heart would have yanked him out of there real fast. But, there
was a shot of winning the public opinion.

It's sad that so many people are using the Press and manipulating it to their
own ends.

It may have backfired here.

As the good Lord is my witness, you have missed the point of this exercise.
The soldiers that are caught up in this know instantly what the game is
about.  A soldier will do his time serving his country then when he gets
almost within that magic "lock-in" period where he cannot be involuntarily
seperated prior to his retiement, BANG - you seperated, no retirement, no
burden on the government, no future, no help for your family, not even a
chance for what passes as medical benefits they give us now.  It will be just
like you worked at a crappy little store in Manhattan "off the books".  The
soldier gets shit on.  This will drive career personnel out in droves.

Recruiting is down now.  You really want to know why?  Recent retirees do not
praise or recommend the service.  When asked by young people about the
military I recommend strongly that they look elsewhere.  I did my 20 years in
the U.S. Army.  Now the Army treats me like a used tissue.

Gays in the military?  They are not stupid they are not going to join up in
large numbers.  And young farm kids from Iowa and Nebraska are not going to
sign up and be joked at by their friends as "Homosexuals".

Privatize Base Housing?  Gee, the government housing allowance will not cover
the costs to the contractor, so young soldier pony that money up out of your
pay.

Voluntary Indefinite Enlistment - read it as - "Hell will freeze over, or
Clinton will tell the truth, before you make your twenty."

I was working as a minor cog in military intelligence at the time "Standing
in the middle of the Field and Turning" was the DCI.  At our level the

the male drive to father children from a supposedly scientific point of view.
One interesting theory cited is that the shape of the penis is designed
(through thrusting) to pull out the sperm of a previous "donor" before

Also, to address some of your other points:  it has been shown that so-called
trophy wives are not the cause of infidelity in MOST cases. Perhaps you've
got an ax to grind here. But even so, men are drawn to women who 1) are
fertile and 2) attractive.
Fertility is mostly a function of age; many wives go through menopause in
their late thirties.
Men are ALSO strongly drawn to warm women with good personalities. And I
suspect that in these modern times of economic abundance, that this is
probably the dominant determinant...we live longer lives, and survival of the
species is not important on an individual level. On a purely biological
basis, this may be bad for humanity as a whole.

What society (men in particular) deems attractive is somewhat cultural (big
breasted women are in favor/out of favor/in favor etc.) Did you know the most
common form of plastic surgery in Brazil is breast reduction? Purely a
regional/cultural phenomenon.

G. B. Shaw wrote in "Man and Superman" that men and women chose each other as
mates to produce a better offspring even though they don't know they're doing
this.

couple showing off its fecundity and fertility to the outside world, to gain
society's approval? Probably a little bit of both.

Human sexuality and its place in modern society is a fascinating field. I
suggest you read up on it more, to understand the bigger picture.

Perhap the interpretations are not PC (sexist bullshit), but the facts can't
be wrong can they? Just a simple DNA/Blood type match as far as I can tell.
The study is consistent with earlier work that found a 10% impossible
blood-type match between newborns and their supposed fathers.

This was more critical in times when resources were scarce, but the
biiological drive instilled in men still exists, I believe.

Tough on the kids though, since it ain't their fault. Reminds me of of the
old adage about how...There are no illegitimate children, only illegitimate
parents.

I feel that if a man isn't the biofather, he should not be unwillingly be
required to support a child. If it were to happen to me, I'd take my real
kids overseas and abandon the wife to fend for herself---maybe to set up
house with the "real" father. This was not part of the marriage contract, and
laws written to protect women and children are patently unfair in this regard.

If 50% of all marriages end in divorce, and 10% of kids are illegitimate,
this would suggest that with a 100% discovey rate, 25% of all divorces might
be caused by this. Looks like society's little dirty secret.

For once, scientific progress (DNA matching) on a mandatory basis could
actually serve to solidify marriages and provide a better emotional climate
for children if other husbands felt the same way I do.

Reference the part on USMC Captain Cook.

Captain Cook tore off the right pocket of his fatigues.  On it was stenciled
the USMC emblem he denied the enemy the knowledge of his branch of service.
Captain Cook was held with a young man who was released in the mid to late
60's in South Vietnam.  This young man, an Army private, came to Cook and
admitted he was worried.  The young soldier had signed enemy propaganda
literature.  Captain Cook gave him two pieces of paper to smuggle out on his
exchange.  One was letter to Captain Cook's wife.  The other was a summary of
punishment under the UCMJ.  Captain Cook stated that as the senior POW he
administered appropriate punishment under the UCMJ to the soldier for signing
the propaganda.  It ended with "No further action is required for this
punishment."

It turns out that Theodore Kaczynski, a.k.a. the Unabomber,
was a volunteer in mind-control experiments sponsored by the
CIA at Harvard in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

...There are a number of other instances.  Apropos possible
linkage, Dr. Peter Breggin, author of books on Prozac and
Ritalin, has said, "I have no doubt that Prozac can
contribute to violence and suicide.  I've seen many cases.
In the recent clinical trial, 6% of the children became
psychotic on Prozac.  And manic psychosis can lead to
violence."

A 15-year-old girl attending a ritzy liberal arts school in
the Northeast told me that 80% of the kids in her class were
on Prozac, Ritalin or Dexedrine.  The pretext used by the
school authorities is attention deficit disorder or attention
deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, with a diagnosis
made on the basis of questions such as: "Do you find yourself
daydreaming or looking out the window?"

Ritalin is being given to about 2 million American
schoolchildren.  A 1986 article by Richard Scarnati in the
International Journal of the Addictions lists more than a
hundred adverse reactions to Ritalin, including paranoid
delusions, paranoid psychosis, amphetamine-like psychosis
and terror.

Meanwhile, uncertainty reigns on the precise nature of the
complaint that Ritalin is supposed to be treating.  One panel
reviewing the proceedings at a conference on ADHD last year
even doubted whether the disorder is a "valid" diagnosis of a
broad range of children's behavior, and said there was little
evidence Ritalin did any good.  In 1996, the Drug Enforcement
Administration denounced the use of Ritalin and concluded
that "the dramatic increase in the use of [Ritalin] in the
1990s should be viewed as a marker or warning to society."

There is so much misinformation and misleading information in this
article that I feel compelled to respond.
First, no apparent distinct statement is made as to whether the author
believes the nature of AD/HD to be spurious and/or the relationship of such a
disorder to successful treatment with Ritalin and other medications.  If he
is making either of those assertions, he is dead wrong, and there is a Cosmos
of good hard literature to say otherwise, including brain scans.
If he is not saying this, then irrespective of whether there is any truth
in the statements--to say nothing of the innuendos--offered, he does
people--like myself and my son who suffer from this disorder--a great
disservice, as he also performs for those members of the Medical and allied
professions which have done so very much to help people.
A few observations:
A recent study demonstratred that the diagnosis and treatment of AD/HD is
actually underestimated and undertreated.  It was a very well-controlled
study; and the authors, interestingly enough, admit that they were of the
opinion initially that that the study would show exactly the opposite.  The
fact that a fifteen year old gives her sage observation regarding the nature
of the disorder and the incidence of treatment appropriate or otherwise comes
as absolutely no surprise--to anyone who has had a fifteen year old.  Perhaps
the author has never been similarly cursed.  Surely his budget allows more
qualified source material.
The inferences about Prozak and about the multiple-choice tests for
Distractability are absurd, and require no comment.
Last, I want you all to know that the disorder is very real, that the
presence of it is measurable and has been shown to be distinctly neurological
not Psychiatric (co-morbidity and adjustment problems notwithstanding.)  Alan
Zimetkin at Harvard, who has done the largest number of SPEC scans in the
world, has yet to unearth one false negative or false positive brain scan in
the diagnosis of AD/HD.  No one else has, either.  This is truly extrordinary
and cannot be ignored.
The author of this article, however, can be ignored.

Before the Gatewood Galbraith for Governor Campaign in 1991, few 
Kentuckians knew 
that the plant that the federal government had 
demonized for over 50 years as 
"Assassin of Youth," was, in 
fact, Cannabis Hemp, the most traded commodity in the 
world until the 
mid-1800s, and our state's number one crop, industry, and most 
important 
source of .i.Hemp:revenue, source of;revenue, for over 150 years. 

Today, 
thanks to the efforts of pioneer hemp researchers and public 
advocates such as 
Galbraith, Jack Fraizer, Jack Herer, Chris Conrad, Ed 
Rosenthal, Don Wirtshafter and 
others, the federal government's 
unjustifiable suppression of our state's right to 
develop our most 
valuable and versatile natural resource, is facing increasing 
opposition 
from an informed public. Hemp is now recognized as  the number one 
agriculturally renewable raw material in the world, and perhaps the only 
crop / 
industry which can guarantee us industrial and economic 
.i.Hemp:revenue, source 
of:independence from corporations;independence 
from the trans-national corporations.2 


"Shadow of the Swastika" is a follow-up to my earlier work, "Cannabis 
Hemp: the 
Invisible Prohibition Revealed," which I wrote and published in 
support of the 
Galbraith Campaign. Since publication of that booklet, there 
has been growing public 
acceptance of the evidence that 
Marijuana:Prohibition Act of 1937, and Marijuana; 
Prohibition was created 
in 1937, not to protect society from the "evils of the drug 
Marijuana," as 
the Federal government claimed, but as an act of deliberate economic 
and 
industrial sabotage against the re-emerging Industrial Hemp Industry. 3

Previous 
investigations by hemp researchers have been limited to the 
suppression of 
free-market competition from the hemp industry, and 
focused on the activities of 
three prominent members of America's 
corporate, industrial and banking establishment 
during the mid- to 
late-1930s: 

WILLIAM RANDOLPH .i.Hearst, William Randolph;HEARST, 
the newspaper 
and magazine tycoon.
The expected rebirth of .i.cannabis; hemp as a 
less expensive source of 
pulp for paper meant his millions of acres of prime 
timberland, and 
investment in wood pulp papermaking equipment, would soon be worth 
much less. In the 1920s, about the same time as the equipment was 
developed to 
economically mass-produce raw hemp into pulp and fiber for 
paper, he began the 
.i."Reefer Madness" hoax; in his newspaper and 
magazine publications.


ANDREW 
MELLON, founder of the Gulf Oil Corporation.
He knew that cannabis hemp was an 
alternative industrial raw material 
for the production of thousands of products, 
including fuel and 
plastics, which, if allowed to compete in the free-market, would 
threaten the future profits of the oil companies. As Secretary of the 
Treasury he 
created the Federal Bureau of Narcotics 4, and appointed his 
own future 
nephew-in-law, Harry Anslinger, as director. Anslinger would 
later use the 
sensational, and totally fabricated,

affairs labeled "A" is variously and sequentially acted upon by influences (B
through G) let us say, and "A" becomes "AX" when and only when "C" acts upon
it, then "C" can be said to be the "cause" of "X"  You can derive the Method
of Subtraction therefrom.  when "A" is acted upon by "C" and can be seen to
demonstrate some variation in intensity or quantity, or whatever, then the
changes in "A" can be said to the result of some multiple of the degree of
influence of "C."  Another way of saying this is that the change in "A" can
be said to be a function of change in "C" in some respect and may be
expressed by a formula.  This is the Method of Concommitant Variation.
The term "Science" is often used to refer to that body of knowledge
derived from an application of one or more of the Scientific Methods. to a
particular field of Inquiry, such as the "Science of Biology." In the
broadest sense, it is an organized and integrated body of knowledge with
respect to a particular subject.  The advantages of scientific methods is
that they lend themselves to isolation of common denominators and therefore
reduplicability, to some degree or another.  This may be the result of
manipuation of the variables, as in the experimental sciences, or by rigorous
conditional observation with respect to frequency, periodicity, and the like,
as is classically the case in Astronomy.  There is an element of homogeneity
that is a form of redupicity, as in Linnaeus' classification of Plants and
Animals.
The purposes and the subjects and the methods of scientific inquiry are a
matter of Morality and Ethics, and they are, therefore a barometer of such;
but they are no more responsible than is the messenger for the message.

He attempted suicide last night (Tuesday nite).  He OD'd on some medications.

with you about this because there is going to be a law suit but I want to

[CTRL] Internet Explorer 5 Help desparately needed

Can someone please help this neophyte computer lover?  I have tried all I
know.

I wanted to switch from AOL to webcombo.
I bought and installed webcombo.
Webcombo allows three email options:  IE5's Outlook Express, Netscape and
Eudora.
I have OE at work.
I chose OE.

I installed IE5 from microsoft's own site.
I tried to open it.
The message came that said if I updated my Quantex-installed version of IE
that an uninstall function would operate.  (?)  Since I needed it to use
webcombo I said ok.

I cannot use IE5 for email on webcombo now.  I get an error message that this
file  is not found:  msimn.exe

I called Microsoft.  I asked if they could send me this file.  They said I
had a bad version of IE5 and could fix it.  They said use start/run and type
in "SCF".  I did, the results were that all systems were go, nothing lacked
"integrity".   I called back but I was not at the PC so I agreed to call back
later.  I called back this morning and they want to charge me money for what
they deem "an incident report".

I emailed Microsoft.  A helpful guy sent back a file saying IE5 may have
reloaded under a file "Outloo~1" and to rename that "Outlook Express".  I
did.  No go.

I called webcombo (they did not respond to an email message).  No help.
They said it was Microsoft's problem.  They did help me set up for Netscape
email not OE.  That works, works fine.  I just don't like it as well as OE.

I called Quantex.  They could not tell me what version of IE5 came with my PC
although I gave them my serial number.  They said it was not their problem.
In particular, they said some ISP's overwrite files.

I still want to use OE.

AND MY QUESTION IS:

l.  IF I delete all traces of IE and OE, can I then reinstall?
  a.  If so, how do I do that?
l.  the IE5 message said I wouldn't be able to uninstall, what
recourse do I have for that?
  b.  If not, how can I set up webcombo to use OE as email?

2. In the alternative, how can I get Microsoft to send me the above file so
OE can work with webcombo?

Frustrated, crying and angry !!
AOL is looking like an angel to me now.
All I wanted was for Microsoft to send me the file that my PC said I needed:
msimn.exe so webcombo would work.  Now I am in the middle of a nightmare.
 I do not appreciate the fact that these companies are unable to help but
instead pass the buck.

In my ll-year experience with a large federal gov. agency, I agree it is not
just USPS that is affected.

The problem is a maniacal octopuslike Bureaucracy, made worse by a
"reinvention" that has brought ills as diverse as reductions in force to
early-out retirement payoffs and has done little about the primary problem,
funding.  There is not enough tax dollars to pay for the equipment upgrades
that will work efficiencies.  Nor enough tax dollars to pay for a sufficient
number of workers to maintain those efficiencies.

Management is not trained in management.  Therefore they are bad managers.
They are part of the problem but not voluntarily so (at least the ones with
brains).  Management just passes along ideas the Bureaucratsters believe
work.  The Bureaucratsters typically get their marching orders from Congress
and/or think tanks and consulting groups.

Incestuous.  The little people suffer.  Now, in the millennium, the middling
people will suffer, too.  Only those who don't buck the Bureaucracy will go
forth and prosper.

Robertson advocates stoning for UFO enthusiasts


Great Barrington, MA -- In a recent pronouncement, television evangelist
and head of the Christian Coalition, Pat Robertson, advocated death by
stoning for UFO enthusiasts.

Freedom Writer magazine, in its July/August issue, mailed today,
disclosed Robertson's statement. Freedom Writer is published by the
Institute for First Amendment Studies, a group that monitors the right.

Robertson used the news of the July 4th Mars landing to promote his
extreme beliefs. A segment on the July 8, 1997 broadcast of The 700 Club
featured news of the Mars Pathfinder mission. Employing the historical
event as a starting point, the program delved into the possibility of
the existence of UFOs and space aliens.

While Robertson viewed the space program with suspicion, on a more
serious note, he launched into a diatribe against those who entertain
the existence of space aliens and UFOs. He said, in a rambling
discourse, that if such things exist, they are simply demons trying to
lead people away from Christ. According to Robertson, the threat is so
serious that people who believe in space aliens should be put to death
by stoning -- according to "God's word."

"The Bible says the Earth belongs to man, but the heavens belong to the
Lord," Robertson said.

"He has given us the Earth. He also warned, way back when Moses was
writing down not only what is the Ten Commandments, but Deuteronomy,
which is almost the Second Law.

"Here is what he said to the children of Israel about this whole matter:

"'If there is found among you, within any of your gates which the Lord
your God gives you, a man or a woman who has been wicked in the sight of
the Lord your God, in transgressing His covenant, who has gone and
served other gods and worshipped them, either the sun or moon or any of
the hosts of heaven which I have not commanded you, and you hear of it,
then you shall inquire diligently. And if it is indeed true and certain
that such an abomination has been committed in Israel, then you shall
bring out to your gates that man or woman who has committed that wicked
thing, and stone to death that man or woman with stones.'" (Deuteronomy
17:2-5, NKJV)

"Now, that's what Moses said to the children of Israel about those who
worship the sun and the moon and the hosts of heaven, because these
things, at best, are lifeless nothings, or, if they are intelligent,
they're demonic. And, yes, there is a host of heaven. There are angels
and there are fallen angels. There is no question about it."

"Can a demon appear as a slanty-eyed, funny-looking creature? Of course

Second, William makes a statement which I feel is inconsistent with the
article:


  He might have been a "liberal" (however you want to define the term) years
  ago, but it's pretty obvious he has done nothing to challenge the
  corporate control of the American political apparatus.


If he is a one world socialist then he is part of a regime that has the
corporations captive.  Therefore he need not court them.  Look at
corporations now, they are frequently forced to use third world labor rates -
socialistic employment to me - to compete because the markets are worldwide.
If nationalism is gone, then corporations must go worldwide.  Once they do
that they are in the clutches of the one worlders.
