CSAC voltage
Has anyone used a low, ie 25 volts, AC power source for a CS generator? Any ideas about posslble success if using? Seems to me it would compare with the swapping DC method. Thanks. Hi Victor, Radiation is a bitch on DNA and all essential minerals, except boron, which is the only mineral that absorbs radiation without disturbing protons and neutrons in cell nucleus. Boron alone does not become radioactive. If one has adequate boron and iodine levels, the body is not affected. Hillman Health Foods in Hillman, Michigan offers a fine package of organic selenium, iodine, and boron with a couple of vits and Mg mixed in called Grand Unified Mineral Complex. Works great. Fukushima fallout is registering radiation of over 200 cpm on our West Coast. What must radiation be in Japan?

Thanks Phil. I had actually been interested in selenium too, so I will take a look at that. In all honesty, with the way the winds blow, I worry more about all the pollution from China than I do about Fukushima. Radiation and other contaminants are definitely an ever increasing problem that we must consider when managing our health. I'll be getting more familiar with boron. It actually brings back a bit of nostalgia for me, as I worked in a semiconductor lab years ago, where we used boron and phosphorous for doping the silicon :-) It is probably why I had an aversion to considering it for health purposes lol Victor On Wed, Mar 4, 2015 at 3:42 AM, Phil Morrison philmorrison...@gmail.com wrote: Hi Victor, Radiation is a bitch on DNA and all essential minerals, except boron, which is the only mineral that absorbs radiation without disturbing protons and neutrons in cell nucleus. So it might be less wasteful to just pause the voltage between reversals, to let the ions diffuse away from the (last) anode. The components I am thinking of, could easily break each cycle into 4 equal phases. Forward voltage, pause, reverse voltage and pause. I doubt this will do anything to speed up the overall process, (and will, in fact, slow it a little) but would possibly keep the electrodes even cleaner, while improving the electrical efficiency a bit, which is not a very important factor, unless you are buying 9 volt batteries to run it. Sorry Dee lol Yes, you can get the Green Pasture products from many distributors in the UK. The best way to find them is to search for 'Blue Ice Code Liver Oil UK' or similar with 'Blue Ice' in it. You will see many vendors. Or you can go straight to Amazon.co.uk and do the same search. You will see many products. These products have quite a foul taste for most people, which is why capsule options are popular. However, the oils are much more cost effective. I have the devices from Sota Instruments in Canada, and I am not sure if they ship to the UK. And it is expensive in any case, even without shipping. There are various devices and plans published online, but I'm afraid that my opinion is not worth much concerning those. Others on this list know far more than I do. I have seen the 'Godzilla' zapper mentioned here and elsewhere previously, and of course the Hulda Clark device was just mentioned. But again, I am not sure if these are equivalent to the actual Beck devices. In late 2013 I actually purchased another set of devices from Sota, as they were the only devices that I was confident in. However, that speaks as much to my ignorance as my trust. I simply have not made enough effort to get comfortable with alternatives, and I am too lazy to build my own. The Sota devices have served me well, with my eight year old set still getting regular use, and a new set in NY being used by family members. As Nancy mentioned, the previous blood electrification unit was quite uncomfortable for most people; however, the newer unit is much better, though still cumbersome. I am curious about alternatives, so I will be educating myself further. I imagine that you can get a device for making ozonated water in the UK, and perhaps someone here has a recommendation. Opa I don't really know what range of reversal time is near the critical time constant for the process, so your experience would be the guide to what times look interesting. Assuming the reversals are slow enough to time by eye (with an LED indicator, from something like a couple cycles per second to say, 10 or 20 seconds per cycle), a conductivity check about once an hour might be good enough to compare production times. Record test value and time. I worry that the conductivity probe may give wrong results if used while the cell current is flowing, or even be damaged. You should probably turn the supply off for each test. Of course, similar volumes of similar water would be needed for each test. I am looking for the rate of ion production in micro Siemens per hour increase or TDS count increase per hour, early in the process, rather that trying to time some specific, final value of conductivity. This is why recording test time is important. Conductivity change, divided by time since previous test is the important number. I think roughly doubling the cycle time for successive tests would get us a pretty good idea where the critical time constant is. i.e. 4 cycles per second, 2 cycles per second, 1 second per cycle, 2 seconds per cycle, 4 seconds per cycle, 8 seconds per cycle. or something like that. Connecting those points on a curve should estimate the in between values. I expect the production speed to almost double as the cycle time doubles, at the fast end, until you approach the critical time constant. Then the production rate should flatten out, approximating the DC rate. I want to know where the corner is, where faster cycles really hurt production, but slower only degrades the electrodes the way DC does. But I am guessing. There may be surprises. I've been wrong lots of times. -- Regards, John Popelish -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. May be I can add a switch to choose 2 phase or 4 phase cycles. (mumbling and scratching head) -- Regards, John Popelish -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. Re: CSUsing CS While Sprouting Grains
Great question Dave. I have been wanting to ask that myself. I do use some CS for sprouting, but I am not confident yet. I only use einkorn and spelt, and will probably try some rye this year. I started spraying a little CS after the first or second day. I soak first for 8 - 12 hours in filtered water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (per cup). No CS when soaking. Sometimes I only sprout (because I want to soak the flour with other grains or flour in different recipes). And sometimes I do nothing because I am feeling lazy ;-) In both cases I have only used a little CS sprayed on, or during a rinse. I am able to get them to sprout, but I don't go far, so I am not sure if the CS has retarded the process at all. I stop when I see a bud, but I think most people go further. I will test another cup of spelt this week and let you know. I'll be more aggressive with the CS and the sprouting. Although I don't see any reason to add CS during the first day, right? At this point I have done no stirring. Still trying to improve electrical connection method and a thermal stirring system with items found in average home. No candles! Thanks John , and also your input Mike. Bedtime for us old folks. Opa Sent from my iPad On Mar 3, 2015, at 7:41 PM, John Popelish jpopel...@gmail.com wrote: On 03/03/2015 07:42 PM, M.G. He's done a lot of testing and if I remember the general results, if you speed up the polarity switching beyond every 30 seconds or so you start to really slow down production. Stirring is a big plus, which is why his and some other units feature it. There's a computer program called Fritzing that lets you mock up circuits on the image of a solderless breadboard... a very elaborate pictorial diagram generator. I'm thinking it would be a nifty way for you to communicate building instructions to Reece, John. Sadly it's not a circuit emulator, but it auto-generates schematics from the breadboard diagram and will even facilitate producing PC boards to implement the designs you create. Amazing things available these days! Be well, Mike D. Have you got a link to Fritzing? There is a very good and free circuit simulator, called LTspice IV. http://www.linear.com/designtools/software/ I can also use it to produce a schematic. And anyone can use it, if I provide the circuit file, to see how my circuit works and play with modifications, if they wish. There is also a very well run Yahoo Groups user's group that helps people learn how to use this program. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/LTspice/info -- Regards, John Popelish -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. The simplest answer to plastic over glass storage containers is to use glass (no worries about using the 'wrong' grade of plastic and very little controversy). I like the Grolsh glass beer bottles. They have a sealed cap that is easy to open and close..and they're dark brown or green if your question is whether clear is okay (yes it is)... Storing in the sunlight does not seem to have a detrimental effect on CS but we ALL have shelving away from the sun so why does it even come up.. Some times I get the feeling that there are those that seem to NEED to be told what to doas if the thought process does not come naturally.. One should always gather as much info as they can and using that, make a decision...and having done THAT learn from the results... We do not learn much from ''blindly following''.. Does ''Jim Jones, Charles Manson'' come to mind? On another topic; I use ''muscle testing'' to aid in my decision as to whether something goes in or on my body...and no, I'm no guru on ''muscle testing''... Check it out if you're interested..then make your own decision.. Uncleben ..

Re: CSBeck Protocol
Hi Victor do you know if this is available in the UK only I get the feeling the postage will be prohibitive.Dee Sent from my iPad On 3 Mar 2015, at 00:31, Victor Cozzetto victor.cozze...@gmail.com wrote: Hi RaVen, You are probably right, although I think I resolved all my nutritional deficiencies for the moment. The most potent superfood that I use is a combination of Fermented Cod Liver Oil (FCLO) and high vitamin Butter Oil (BO). The only source I trust for these items is Green Pasture, which brands their products as 'Blue Ice': greenpasture.org They also have a nice combo product called Infused Coconut Oil: http://www.greenpasture.org/public/Products/InfusedCoconutOil/ If you research, you will notice that trusted distributers around the world are selling these Blue Ice products that are provided by Green Pasture. Dave and Barb Wentzel are supper serious about maintaining the quality and purity of their products. They are heroes in my book. Those are the products that I use when I think I need a 'supplement' for my diet - meaning that I take a small spoonful of the above products two or three of times a day. But I only do that when I think my diet is lacking. I also use their coconut ghee (ghee is basically BO). A similar combination is natto and ghee. These are foods, not supplements, so it can be easier to implement them into your diet (depending on your tastes). There are many different good brands of those products, but you do have to be careful, as there are many bad or fake ghee products these days. Natto is a Japanese food that can be difficult to find (It is fermented soybean). A key point to the above is the nutritional synergy between the products, so they must be taken together to have the maximum impact. For example, cooking natto and eggs in ghee is one way. Taking a spoonful of the Infused Coconut Oil product is another. Another important point is not what we add, but what we remove: No white sugar or white flour if possible. I use Einkorn and Spelt, which I soak and sprout sometimes. Grains block our ability to absorb nutrition, so they must be eliminated or processed properly - fermenting, soaking, souring, sprouting, etc. This is one of the 'secrets' that Weston Price found among all of the 'primitive' people that used grains. OK, so this email is too long. Sorry about that. I will send another about some 'fun' foods that I use to aid my nutrition.
