[tw] Re: Inserting a picture in a Tiddler

2017-12-17 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki

> Hi,

thankyou all for your really fast answers :-)

@BurningTreeC: Now that works- after I found the possibility of importing
pictures :-)

@Mark S: Unfortunately I didn't understand anything in that link you wrote.
I googled and googled for this PHP, but really understood just nothing

@Stan001: That sounds really great. I also don't want my TiddlyWiki get too
big. But unfortunately I didn't understand how to do it. And because I have
to build two TiddlyWikis with hundreds of notes in fast time, I couldn't
spend so much time for just trying to understand what they are talking
about in that link. But maybe one time I'll go back to that and try to
learn it

@TonyM: I didn't find it there. But I tried then again all the buttons in
the sidebar. And there was the solution: Over "importing different types of
files (i.e. text, images, TiddlyWiki or JSON)".

@all TiddlyWiki-Beginners:

   - Klick this "Import"-Button (the button is a paperclip) on the sidebar.
   If it is not visible, klick the down-arrow for more possibilities, there it
   should be shown then.
   - In the PopUp-Window choose your file, double-click it or click on
   "open".
   - Wait until the "Import"-Tiddler opens.
   - In the "Import"-Tiddler click on "Import"
   - Wait until the "Import"-Tiddler shows the (blue) link of that picture
   - For an example, you have a picture called "picture.jpg"
   - Now you can in any other Tiddler link it with [[picture.jpg]] or show
   it with {{picture.jpg}} or [img[picture.jpg]] or show it left-aligned
   with the size 30% <>
   - You can see that picture now everywhere (Desktop-PC, Smartphone,
   Tablet), where the TiddlyWiki is synchronized with. I use my TiddlyWiki on
   Chrome / Linux with TiddlyDrive & Google Drive and on Android (Smartphone &
   Tablet) also with Google Drive.

Again thankyou all and see you in my next coming questions ;-)
Bettina

Ahhh... maybe, it is because the image type in TW is called jpeg, but my

Should that new tiddler show than the image as an image? If yes, I did
something wrong.

The full path of an example picture on my local desktop is
file:///home/b/m/t/e/f e/b/image.jpg

. I tried it also with
///home/b/m/t/e/f e/b/image.jpg

and with
/home/b/m/t/e/f e/b/image.jpg

and I also uploaded the picture to GoogleDrive, there I got a shareable
link with right-clicking and put the link in the path-field of that new
tiddler.

But I none of these three ways the new tiddler showed me the picture as an
image. I waited until the Wiki saved automatically over TiddlyDrive. Or
should I have waited longer?

Or does such a tiddler *doesn't* show the picture as an image?
If yes, what do I have to do then, when I want to see the picture as an
image in another tiddler?

I made a test now. Most of my pictures in TW will have the size about
150x190 px (about 25KB). This seems to be the smallest size for a view of
the picture in TW on desktop and on Android devices is okay.
Importing such a picture increased my TW-file over 0,1MB.

Yeah, Tony, I am almost sure, TW will fit all my needs- maybe even a bit
more ;-) And I am really happy about this, after searching and trying so
many programs for such a long time!!! :-)))

I don't know, but I guess, that the solution with such a canonical uri
field sounds, like I could learn it- maybe... ;-)
Maybe, someone of you could explain it to me with pictures, Where do I have
to do What? Maybe even in german?? My english is... well... a bit simple
;-) I always understand only half of the explainings.
Of course I read the https://tiddlywiki.com/#ExternalImages

 (and
many other explanations). But I understand only half of it.

Okay, step by step with that link above:

[tw] Inserting a picture in a Tiddler

2017-12-15 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello,
for the first a huge THANKYOU to the developers of TiddlyWiki and to the
developers of all the plugins!

My question: How do I insert a picture in a Tiddler so that I can see it? And
after synchronising I want to see this picture in the Tiddler on Android too.

I did it with [img[file:///pathtomyfile/titleofthepictue.jpg]]. But I can see
only the symbol for a broken picture. I tried it with different pictures.
I synchronise over TiddlyDrive to Google Drive. From there I start always my
Wiki.

Thankyou for your help!
Have a good day,

[tw] Re: anchor top when editing tiddler

2017-12-19 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello,

@Eric Shulman:
You wrote:

1) create a tiddler, e.g., "MyStyles", tagged with $:/tags/Stylesheet
2) enter the following CSS into that tiddler:

.tc-edit-texteditor, .tc-tiddler-preview-preview { max-height:80vh; overflow
-y:auto; }

I like that a lot :-)

But one question I still have.
With this solution both, editor & preview, are scrolling separately.
Without that solution they scroll together, so that I can immediately see,
what I will get with my editing on the left. But the editor bar isn't
visible in a long note.
Is it possible to combine both?
So, with this .tc-edit-texteditor, .tc-tiddler-preview-preview { max-height:
80vh; overflow-y:auto; }

But that the editor and the preview scroll together?

Thanks in advance for helping :-)

The full path of tested picture is without any spaces now, and has only
normal letters (lowercase and uppercase).

I copied it from my file-explorer into the _canonical_uri-field.
I copied it into the adressbar in the browser (the browser showed the
picture as a picture) and from that adressbar into the _canonical_uri-field.
I copied the picture into different folders on my desktop
(home/Bettina/myhome/Downloads), (home/Bettina/Desktop) and copied these
pathes into the _canonical_uri-field.

Nothing worked

What does "case sensitive" mean? Maybe I am doing something wrong with that?

How can I do this?:

*I prefer to use relative path and put it below the tiddlywiki:
mytiddlywiki.html*
*Images*
*myimage.jpg*

I have my TW-file on GoogleDrive (because I want it to save automatically
and not to download it always with "file1", "file2" and so on).
But someone wrote here, that pictures from GoogleDrive doesn't work in the
_canonical_uri-field?!?

???

2018-01-05 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello Tony,

i have tried (to understand and to do like you said), but with no success.

That's what I did:

   1. I opened the plugin. There I opened the content.
   2. I opened all tiddlers listed there:

   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/config
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/ControlPage
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/history
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/icon
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/img/tag-tree.png
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/img/tagOff
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/img/tagOn
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/inplace.js
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/macros
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/macros/auto
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/macros/render
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/readme
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/StyleSheet
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/tab-taggroup
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/TagBar

   1. In all these tiddlers I looked if it is tagged with
   "$:/tags/ViewTemplate". It was the last one
$:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/TagBar

   2. At first I added the tag "$:/tags/EditTemplate" and looked in my
   tiddlers, what changed. It was still shown in the view mode but not in the
   edit mode.
   3. Then I deleted the "$:/tags/ViewTemplate" and looked in my tiddlers,
   what changed. Now it was not anymore shown in the view mode but also not in
   the edit mode.

Did I do something wrong?

Hi Birthe,

I don't need this "Edit tags", but I tested it, to have an answer for you.
Yes, it is the same in my wiki- it looses focus.

Hi Thomas,

Thank you, that you're open for opinions :-)

Hint: After creating a task tiddler there is no need to open it like in

Ah, okay :-)

I made a picture of the list view with my opinions / wishes. But this is
only MY opinion- maybe others have other opinions...

   - 1: Good for information for the beginning, but no need for it when
   working with the list- so wasted space

   - 3: Needed information for the beginning and the plugin itself, but

Maybe it doesn't waste so much space, if there would be lines between items
which should be separated visually. Instead of a big white space.
This list is so big, that I have to scroll it- although I have only 4
tasks. How big will it be, if I have 30 tasks in one section...

I hope you take it just as a helpful hint, not as a bad criticism.
Regards, Surya

[tw] How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-07 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello,

I want to build tasks in existing tiddlers.
Most of them should be recurring- e.g. 1x / year, every 3 months, or
similar.
They should be with a checkbox. When I check the checkbox, the task should
be deleted. Or, if it is a recurring one, it should automatically be set to
the next date (e.g. next year, in 3 months). Some of them from the date I
checked it, others from the date I should have done the task.

I want to be notified, when a task should be done and is not checked. In
the notification only the task should be visible, not the whole tiddler.
But I want to have a link to the corresponding tiddler.
If there are several tasks for one day should be done, they should be shown
in the notification as a list.

Is that possible?
And how to do??

I saw a plugin for building tasks. But it has a lot of features (which I
don't need), but no possibility for recurring tasks.

Again: Thanks for your help!!
Regards, Surya

[tw] Re: How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-08 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi Mark,

yes, it fits almost my needs. THANKS :-)

But: Could I modify it??...

   - Size of the plugin. There are also some things I don't need. Maybe I
   could delete / modify something? I don't know, if it would decrease the
   size a lot, but maybe?
   - I only need the date, but not the time.
  - The view of the task-tiddler is much to big and shows a lot of
  things I don't need to know.
  - The view of the ToDo / Done - list in the $:/
  plugins/telmiger/todonow > try-out is much too big and with much too
  much information.
  - Okay, I could make another list with my tasks I have to do with
  <$list filter="[tag[ToDo]sort[title]]"/>. But then I have 2 lists, but
only
  need 1 and want to decrease the size... AND I wouldn't have the checkbox
to
  tell the task that I've done it...
  - If I would make my own ToDo-list with <$list
 filter="[tag[ToDo]sort[title]]"/>, it should also show the tasks
tagged
 with ToDoNow and it should be first sorted by date I should have done
the
 task and second sorted by title.
  - The list, I would like to have would be shown like this
 - (the date would be the date, when I have should have done /
 should do the task). The red ones are overdued, the orange ones are to
do
 now, and the black ones are waiting ones (for the next month). The [ ]
is
 the checkbox, the * is the priority:

[ ] * 11.12.2017: Task K
[ ] * 13.12.2017: Task L
[ ] * 20.12.2017: Task M

[ ] * 8.1.2017: Task G
[ ] * 8.1.2017: Task H

[ ] * 15.1.2017: Task A
[ ] * 2.2.2017: Task B

DONE
10.10.2017: Task Z @
(date, when I have should have done it: Task Z , @ means the recurring
symbol)

I decided to have no reminders, but to work only with such a list, which is
sticked always to the "home"page.

Possible to modify it like this??
Regards, Surya

I tried the "Tiddlers by Due Date"- a really simple one. Together with the

ToDoNow.

But now I need a little bit sleep...

[tw] Re: How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-11 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

I tested now some solutions I found by asking Mr. Google and from
http://tobibeer.github.io/tb5/#Welcome. I think, somewhere in the found
solutions is my solution
I think, some of them should be combined, to get my wished result. All
these things I found are small in size and have almost no wasted space. But
I cannot find out, how to combine them.

Yes, why I am so worried about the size: I read somewhere, that when a
Tiddlywiki has more than 4MB, it starts getting unusable on a mobile device.
My devices are not the newest ones and no Highend-devices. And I need my
wikis on desktop *and* on my mobiles.
In my one wiki I have about 150 tags (plus the tags for sorting and making
it visible on the sidebar, plus the tags, the wiki gives itself). In this
wiki most of the tiddlers have at least 15 tags, some tiddlers have up to
30 tags.
This wiki is really increasing with each new tiddler. It has now 2,94MB,
but I'll add hundreds of new tiddlers to it and I can see, that I'll reach
at least the 4MB.

That's why I'm worried about the size...

I tested now:

   - $:/plugins/gsd5/ticklers

  - Adding + Ticklers (with recurring every 365 days) with
  -

  <$set name="parentTiddler" value=<>>
  <$set name="TicklerStatus" value=<>>
  <$button popup=<> class="tc-btn-invisible
  gsd-context-button">+ Ticklers
  <$reveal state=<> type="nomatch" text=""
  class="tc-popup-handle" default="" retain="yes" animate="yes">

  Tickler Date:
  <$date field="gsd_tickdate"/>

  Frequency:
  <$edit field="gsd_tickfreq"/> //days//

  - When I then click then the checkbox ("I have done this task"), then
  the due date should be 1 year later. But it does just nothing. The due
date
  doesn't change.
   - Adding a date field with <$date field="due"/> and fill it with a date:
  - I can change the date. But I have to go to that task-tiddler, I
  can't change the date in a list or table of all my tasks. I describe it
in
  the next sentences more.
   - I tested the "Tiddlers By Due Date":
  -

  DueTiddler
  <$list filter="[has[due]!tag[done]sort[due]]">

  <$view field="due"/>

  <$checkbox tag="done">
  <$link to={{!!title}}><$view field="title"/>

  - Great :-)
 - But the tiddlers are only listed with the titles, I cannot see
 the task(s) I made with checkboxes inside it.
 - For that I tested "popup in table" with:
 -
 <$list filter="[has[due]!tag[done]sort[due]]">
 <$view field="title"/> <$transclude
 tiddler="$:/core/ui/Buttons/more-page-actions"
 mode="inline"/>
 [...blablabbla table body with fields]

 - That shows me the task-titles with an arrow to show me something
 else (like a popup). But it doesn't show me the due date and when I
click
 the arrow, it shows me list of "More Actions", but not the task itself.
  - And I tested a tasklist with popups with this:
  - \define makeState()
  <>
  \end

  <$list filter="[tag[ToDo]]" variable="mytitle">

  <$set name="stateTiddler"
  filter="[addprefix[$:/temp/state/]]" emptyValue=error>
  <$wikify name="qualstate" text=<>>

  * <$button class="tc-btn-invisible" popup=<>><$text
  text=<>/>

  <$reveal type="popup" position="below" state=<>>

  <$tiddler tiddler=<>>

  <$transclude tiddler=<>/>

  .mypopup {
  min-width: 380px;
  border: 1px solid #bbb;
  background-color: #ff;
  padding: 1em;
  margin: 4px 0 0 0;
  text-shadow: none;
  line-height: 1.4;
  }

  - That is also great :-)
  - I can check the checkboxes inside the popup :-)
  - But I can't add a new list item (new task) inside the popup- it
  looses focus.
  - And it doesn't show the due dates (it only shows them, when I click
  on it, then it opens the popup with the tiddlertext and the due date).
  - And I cannot change the due date inside the popup- it opens the
  calendar as a popup, but looses then focus.

How to combine them to fit my needs? Or is there any other possibility?
It is not anymore needed for me to get notified of tasks. I'll do that with
sticky lists (always on the "home").
My needs:

   - *Table or list* with no wasted space, but good readability of the tasks
   - *Sorted* at first by due-date, then by title
   - The tasks have *popup or

[tw] Re: How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-10 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi Thomas,

ahhh, thanks :-) Yes, now it's a bit smaller.
When I installed it, I thought, maybe I won't have enough control what I am
installing with the bundles.
But I saw now, I have the control.

Hmmm, why won't be the size to be reduced?
I listed all tiddlers (shadows included) by size, and there are some from
your plugins, which are quite big and I don't need them- e.g. the Work
Report and some more. Probably it would be a lot of work, but couldn't some
of them be choosable? Like it is now in the bundles: I can check, if I want
to import the TodoNow Outlook or if I don't want. Why not with much more,
like Work Report, like the translations (e.g. I only need german, but have
now three other languages), like all the help tiddlers (help for your
plugins).

I tried also in a test-wiki to delete the Work Report and others- it was
not deletable. Won't it be possible to make it deletable?

Well I decided now to use it and I *really* hope, that my wiki doesn't
increase too much with this plugins included, when I add hundreds of new
tiddlers and tasks.
And I have the hope, that you could one time reduce the wasted spaces in
the list :-)

Regards, Surya

[tw] Re: How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-08 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

@Birthe: Yes, I saw this. And added only the ones, which I really need for
that like I described above. But still, it increased the size a lot...

@Thomas:
Thanks a lot for your really detailed and long answer. But unfortunately I
cannot work with your answers because I don't know anything about CSS,
makros and all the codes and so on...

But step by step:

I only installed now (with the reason why and for what I need it):
Checklist Plugin: I will put there some tasks with similar actions together
in one tiddler.
datepicker plugin for TiddlyWiki5, based on Pikaday version 1.5.1: Most of
my tasks are recurring. So when I check a task as done, I'll put it with
the date picker to the next ToDo-date.
Listreveal – open listed tiddlers: ToDoNow-Plugin doesn't work without it.
moment.js plugin for TiddlyWiki5: I don't remember anymore ;-) But somewhat
didn't work like I need it, so I installed it too.
ToDoNow – a simple, elegant todo list: The basic one for my needs.

I had also the reminder, but because I didn't like it, I removed it. I
think, because of size and because of what I want I can do it better with a
ToDo-list, as what I described above.

But still, the size is quite big and I'd like to reduce it.

I tested everything in an extra empty tiddlywiki, so I can play a little
bit with it around ;-)

I mean in this picture:

1: I don't need in the task-tiddlers the creation-date (in other tiddlers I
need it).
2: I don't need in the task-tiddlers the ToDo-tag (in other tiddlers I need
it).
3: I saw now, that I can collaps it :-)
4: A big white space for nothing.

>>Yes, I'd like to do so. But I have absolutely no idea how to. I already
looked inside that (by clicking on edit). But I didn't understand anything
of it. I cannot see *which* "sentences" make *what* in the view. So I have
no idea what I could delete.

If you name your Tasks (title:) 2018-01-20 Task-Title ...
> then you only have to sort titles and you get a list sorted by date first

>>Yes, that could be possible- but most of my tasks will be recurring ones.
So, in that way the title would be wrong after each checking. In that way I
could give up the whole thing, then just making tiddlers tagged with ToDo
and always edit the tiddlertitle with the wanted date Unsatisfying

Isn't there a possibility??

Hi Tony,

you're a treasure- THANKS :-)

did you look at the bottom of the Tiddler in edit mode

Yes, of course. I also tested it with all the choose-possibilities I list
in the next sentence.

I forgot to write, that the plugin gives the possibility in the control
page to choose with "list after", where I want to have the bar. But it
doesn't matter, what I choose, the bar is always in the view mode.
These are the possibilities to choose:

   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/tags
   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/title
   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/unfold
   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/subtitle
   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/classic
   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/body
   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/import
   - $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/plugin
   - $:/plugins/eucaly/popuptagger/TagBar
   - == none ==

Have a nice day.

[tw] Re: How to Reduce font size of tiddler title and the (default white) frame around the tiddlers?

2018-01-16 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

well In german we say "wenn ich mich an einem Problem festgebissen
habe"- I don't know how to say in englisch- maybe something like biten into
a problem??

I don't give up.

Again I looked into it.
And found, that the

.tc-site-title, .tc-titlebar {
font-size: 2.35em;
line-height: 1.2em;
color: #95;
margin: 0px 0px -10px;
margin-top: 0px;
margin-right: 0px;
margin-bottom: 0px;
margin-left: 0px;
font-weight: 300;
}

made the problem with the rating-stars & the icons.
This is the correct one:

.tc-site-title, .tc-titlebar {
font-size: 2.35em;
line-height: 1.2em;
color: #95;
margin: 0px 0px -4px;
margin-top: 0px;
margin-right: 0px;
margin-bottom: -4px;
margin-left: 0px;
font-weight: 300;
}

Maybe you / someone could tell me, how to write that all into a tiddler (or
several tiddlers?)?

@Birthe:

[tw] How to automatically edit a field in a tiddler?

2018-01-18 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

again I work in my ToDo-Lists.
And now it gets like I originally wanted- YEAH :-)

I made ToDo-Tiddlers with to fields: due & date.
In the due-field I write for example 25.01.18.
In the date field of that tiddler I write then 18.01.25

The due-field is visible and editable in view mode. The format DD-MM-YY is
better readable for me.
The date-field is only for sorting in my ToDo-lists.

Is it possible to automatic edit the date-field, when I edited the
due-field?
For example, when I edit the due-field of this tiddler to 01.02.18 that
then the date-field is automatically edited to 18.02.01?
I mean to tell the automatic "please edit the date-field (date-format
DD-MM-YY) to the same date as in the due-field (date-format YY-MM-DD), but
in the format DD-MM-YY".

If yes, how to do?

I couldn't find out how I could solve that.
Please help- thanks, Surya

[tw] Re: How to Reduce font size of tiddler title and the (default white) frame around the tiddlers?

2018-01-15 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Okay,

now the frame-command doesn't work anymore...
Even not in the same wiki-copy without the changes I made.
???

Okay, for both (title & frame):

I looked around in this elements-thing and I think, I can find out, what to
modify.

I think, I have to write then that what I found in a tiddler in order to
get it saved in the wiki, right?
But:
What exactly do I have to copy? The right red marked in my picture? The
left marked in my picture? Both?
And: How to copy the commands? I tried with inner HTML and with outer HTML,
but with both I get an almost endless tiddler.

[tw] How to Reduce font size of tiddler title and the (default white) frame around the tiddlers?

2018-01-15 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello,

yes, I know, this question about reducing the font size of tiddler titles
has been here several times.
But: I tested them all with no success at all.

I tested:

   - Adding a new tiddler tagged with $:/tags/stylesheet and tested there-
   of course one test after another ;-) And I modified the number from very
   high to very big:
   - .tc-title { font-size: 0.8em; }
  - .title { font-size:85%; }
  - .title { font-size: 16px }
   - *>>>*All three didn't make any effect at all.

   -

Find the tiddler
> $:/themes/tiddlywiki/vanilla/base (I think this holds the base styling
> for all themes)
>
> And edit the following styling to be what you want
> .tc-titlebar h2 { font-size: 1em; display: inline; }
>
*>>>*That didn't change the font size of the title but the layout of the
sidebar- everything moved to the left...

   - The only tip that made a little bit positiv effect was

I modified h2 to h6 in
> $:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/title
>
> Now the space between the title and the text of the tiddler is too large.
>
*>>>*The same unwanted effect in my case.

So, how could I make the title smaller (not only the font of the title, but
the whole line).

*AND:*
*How can I reduce the (default white) frame around tiddlers?*

Surya

[tw] Re: How to Reduce font size of tiddler title and the (default white) frame around the tiddlers?

2018-01-15 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

I wrote one tiddler for the title size and one for reducing the frame of
the whole tiddler. And tagged both with $:/tags/Stylesheet.

*For the title:*
no, I'm really sorry, but both didn't make the title size smaller. Not at
all...

And I also tried
.tc-tiddler-frame .tc-title h6 {
font-size: 5px !important;
}

and
.tc-tiddler-frame h6.tc-title {
font-size: 5px !important;
}

to see eventually more effect. But nothing

*For the frame:*
I just added a thin red frame to the tiddlers, but didn't reduce the white
frame.

[tw] Re: How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-14 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi Birthe,

you gave me an idea :-)

Since a few years I make my body hygiene products and my cleaning supplies
by myself to avoid palm oil.
It was a hard work to find recipes, that are simple, absolutely without
palm oil and with a good result. To have products, that are comparable with
products to buy.

Because of this long work and because I'd like to tell more people, how
easy & cheap the manufacturing is and why it is important for the world- I
have been looking how to publish in the web. My only found solution was on
my google+-site. I don't like google and googlemail- but I have to have it,
because of having android devices.
For other solutions I always had to publish my address too or/and had to
pay for. But I absolutely don't want to publish my adress anywhere in the
web.

But maybe with a wiki on tiddlyspot, such a website would be possible
I would then like to build a wiki which is on the one side a german manual
for my features / solutions for the wiki itself, like "how to build a
tasklist like mine" and so on.
And on the other side it would be a site for the diy-recipes.

But my thoughts about that:

   - As a beginner of tiddlywiki you need a lot of help. There is no ONE
   address to get help for EVERYTHING related to tiddlywiki. There are
   hundreds of addresses. And in these hundreds of addresses you find a lot of
   the same answers / solutions and a lot of different.
  - If I make such a manual of my solutions, it is just another
  help-address in addition to the other hundreds

And going to tiddlyspot and surfing there around:

   - A lot of links there don't work- e.g. mentioned wikis there
   - For my recipes and also for the manuals I would write there I would
   like to have 2 features:
  - a feature to comment tiddlers for people reading that
 - it is mentioned on tiddlyspot, that this is possible with the
 HaloscanMacro. But going to Download HaloscanMacro I get "The resource
you
 are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is
temporarily
 unavailable." .
  - a feature to test solutions directly on that wiki. I find that very
  useful- I use it a lot to understand, what a solutions does, how it does
  that and if it could be useful for me
 - I couldn't find, how it would be possible to implement such a
 feature

Nice day for you, Surya

[tw] Re: How to automatically edit a field in a tiddler?

2018-01-20 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi Tony,

...my advice is always store dates in the tiddlywiki date serial number
> format and use the format to display as desired. Plugins and more can
> usualy use tiddlywiki dates not bespoke date formats.

>>> I am sorry, I don't really understand, what I can do with this
information...

I found this: ActionSetField-RemoveField
(http://tobibeer.github.io/tw/batch/#ActionSetField-RemoveField).
Maybe my wish could be possible with that (modified)?

The command is written with this:
<$button>
<$action-setfield $field="due" $value="18.01.01"/>
set: due => 18.01.01

<$button>
<$action-setfield $field="due"/>
delete: due

''due'': {{!!due}}
With this command I can automatically create the field "due" and write into
it "18.01.01". I tried it, it works :-)

Could I modify it to build the following?:

When I modify the value of the field "due", then that value should be
copied into the field "date", but not in the format YY-MM-DD, but in the
format DD-MM-YY.
For example: If I modify the value "18.01.01" in the field "due" to the
value "19.01.01", then the value in the field "date" is automatically
edited to "01.01.19" (or even better to "1. Nov. 19").

Is that possible (and how to build that command?)?

Thanks in advance! Surya

2018-01-20 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
H,

I have this in the Task-Tiddlers:

<$edit-text tiddler=<> field="due"/>

That shows me the value of the field "due" and I can edit the value in this
shown field in vew mode. It is automatically saved.

In this field I have for example the value "18.01.01".

I added <$view format=DD-MM-YY> into that command, but it didn't change
anything.

I don't want a plugin for that. And I don't want to change the date, when I
edited the tiddler (or did I misunderstood something?)

[tw] How to upload / import my local wiki to tiddlyspot?

Hi,

I lose hope

I made an account on tiddlyspot over http://tiddlywiki5.tiddlyspot.com/. I
think, it was successful- my address there: http://surya-diy.tiddlyspot.com

I read the FAQ on tiddlyspot.com, also the "Can I upload an existing
TiddlyWiki to a tiddlyspot.com site?".

But I cannot manage it...
I work on Pale Moon Browser.

I allowed all scripts on the side (NoScript-Addon) and disabled AdBlock
Latitude (Addon).

Could you give me a detailed How-To?
I want to have the uploaded local wiki to be public on tiddlyspot.com, not
anymore being local.

Thanks for all, Surya

<$list filter="[tag[ToDo]sort[due]]" variable="mytitle">

<$reveal type="popup" position="below" state=<>>

<$tiddler tiddler=<>>

<$transclude tiddler=<>/>

.mypopup {

border: 1px solid #bbb;
background-color: #ff;
padding: 1em;
margin: 4px 0 0 0;
text-shadow: none;

How do I have to insert the regular expression operator in this list?

[tw] Re: How to filter by field with a certain prefix in the value?

2018-01-19 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Ahh, I found the mistake.
I described it wrong: The field is not called "due-field" but only "due".

So, the right is now (maybe, others have a similar question):

\define makeState()
<>
\end

<$list filter="[tag[ToDo]regexp:due[^18.03]sort[due]]" variable="mytitle">

''Fällig am: ''<$edit-text tiddler=<> field="due"/>

<$set name="stateTiddler" filter="[addprefix[$:/temp/state/]]"
emptyValue=error>
<$wikify name="qualstate" text=<>>

* <$button class="tc-btn-invisible" popup=<>><$text text=<<
mytitle>>/>

<$reveal type="popup" position="below" state=<>>

<$tiddler tiddler=<>>

<$transclude tiddler=<>/>

.mypopup {
min-width: 380px;
border: 1px solid #bbb;
background-color: #ff;
padding: 1em;
margin: 4px 0 0 0;
text-shadow: none;
line-height: 1.4;
}

Thank you :-)

Now I have for 99,9% that kind of ToDo-List, I wanted.
Don't waste too much view-space, small in MB-size, always only shows me
what I need to see and relative simple to edit the due-dates of the
recurring tasks :-)

[tw] How to filter by field with a certain prefix in the value?

2018-01-19 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi all,

I have ToDo-tiddlers with due-fields. For example: One tiddler has in the
field 18.03.15, another tiddler has in the due-field 18.03.23 and a third
one has 18.04.11.

Is it possible (and how?) to filter these tiddlers in lists by due-field
with the prefix 18.03? In order to see only the one with 18.03.15 and the
one with 18.03.23?

Thanks for your help! Surya

[tw] Re: How to automatically edit a field in a tiddler?

2018-01-21 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi Tony,

thanks for your answer.
But I don't want a plugin (except it is really small in size), in order to
keep my wiki as small as possible to avoid problems.

I had already the datepicker, but I couldn't find any advantage in using it
compared to my solution I have now.

I write now in the field "due" for example "18.01.01 (1. Januar 18)". The
first one for sorting by date, the second one for better readability.
I only thing I'd like to be more comfortable & nicer looking is the thing
with the better readability.
I mean, to avoid writing additionally "(1. Januar 18)" for better
readability, but to solve it like my question (Having two fields: One for
sorting with "18.01.01", not visible in view mode. And another one for
better readability with "01.01.18" or even better "1. Januar 18", visible
and editable in view mode). The first one should be automatically edited by
editing the second one.

But it seems to me, there is no solution for this automatically editing of
the first field.

So, I think, I will let it stay like it is with "18.01.01 (1. Januar 18)",
visible and editable in view mode. It is easy to edit. It's not great, but
okay.

Thanks, Surya

[tw] Re: At which size does a wiki begin to make problems (on mobile devices AND on computer)?

2018-01-24 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

my results:

I downloaded this 4,5MB tiddlywiki.com and tested it on my smartphone. I
tested

   - how smooth & fast does it scroll
   - how fast does it open listed tiddlers from sidebar
   - tiping in search field: how good is the tiping & how fast are search
   results displayed
   - and making a new tiddler: how good is the tiping in there

Everything worked fine :-)

Then I imported some big plugins- it increased up to 5,9MB. Same testing
>>fine.
Then I imported 2 pictures from me- it increased up to 15,1MB. Same testing
>>fine, except, that the tiping is a little little bit not so smooth. But
no problem at all.

Tested on my smartphone Sony Xperia Z1 compact, Android 5.1.1- ohhh, not
like I said about Android 6 ;-)

I think you meant "Active" (the other possibilities in "Apps" are called in
my phone "Downloaded", "On SD-Card", "All" and "Deactivated").

In "Active" I got:
System: 651 MB RAM
Apps: 495 MB RAM
Free: 591 MB RAM

[tw] How to edit the styling (tiddler-frame in view-mode) of only certain tiddlers?

2018-01-17 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki

Hi,

I edited now the styling of the tiddlers in view mode and the styling of
the page with a tiddler tagged $:/tags/StyleSheet.
For the tiddler-frame I did it with:
.tc-tiddler-frame { padding-top: 5px; padding-right: 5px; padding-bottom:
1px; padding-left: 10px; border:2px solid darkgreen; }

.tc-tiddler-frame {
padding: 5px 5px 1px 10px;
padding-top: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
padding-bottom: 1px;
padding-left: 10px;
border:2px solid darkgreen;
}

But I couldn't find out how to edit the style for only certain tiddlers.
I tried, what is written in
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/tiddlywiki/6wRRqZeOZ6Q/PzRbtnmeFQAJ
But it didn't make any effect.

I want to edit only the style of the tiddler-frame, but like I said, only
for certain tiddlers.
These tiddlers are lists, which are now (with my actual frame-styling)
shown on the very very left side of the tiddler. That doesn't look nice and
is not so comfortable in using.
I'd like to have a bit space on the left side of the list.
So how to edit the left side of the tiddler-frame for these certain
tiddlers?

Who can help?
Surya

[tw] Re: How to Reduce font size of tiddler title and the (default white) frame around the tiddlers?

2018-01-17 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello :-

Do you know, how proud I am now???

I made everything I wanted :- YES

With the help of Birthes answer:

Try this..it worked in my tiddlywiki.
>
> .tc-tiddler-frame {
> padding-top:10px;
> border:2px solid red;
> }
>
>
> .tc-tiddler-title {
> font-size:10px;
> }
>
and with just a happy coincidence (or fortuity?) I found it out.

I always copy & paste what commands are posted here and I copy & paste,
what I wrote before or what is written anywhere else. To find out the
difference or to find out a pattern or just find out anything.

Because of that I had the .tc-tiddler-frame two times, like this:
.tc-tiddler-frame { padding-top:5px;  padding-left:10px; border:2px solid
darkgreen; }

.tc-tiddler-frame {
padding: 5px 5px 1px;
padding-top: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
padding-bottom: 1px;
padding-left: 10px;
border:2px solid darkgreen;
}
And then it worked.
Before I had only
.tc-tiddler-frame {
padding: 5px 5px 1px;
padding-top: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
padding-bottom: 1px;
padding-left: 10px;
border:2px solid darkgreen;
}
and it didn't work.

And I saw, that there was written nothing from the left panel (in the
elements). Nothing like .
I thought, okay, maybe it is more simple, than I thought before. Just try
always to write the command from the right panel, but two times.

I tried that with my other wishes I have written before. But it didn't work.
I looked again at the tiddler-frame command, what worked.
And I guessed a pattern- ... and that guess was the right one :-)

The pattern is:
In the 1. I have to write *only* this thing I changed (blue marked), *nothing
else*.
In the 2. I have to write the whole chapter, but also nothing else.

So, if I want to change the frame on the top and the bottom (but not on the
left & right) and add a green frame to it:

1. .tc-tiddler-frame { padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 1px; border:2px
solid darkgreen; }

2. .tc-tiddler-frame {
padding: 5px 42px 1px 42px;
padding-top: 5px;
padding-right: 42px;
padding-bottom: 1px;
padding-left: 42px;
border:2px solid darkgreen;
}

This is in one tiddler tagged with $:/tags/StyleSheet.

And I wrote all my other wishes for page & tiddler styling in this one
tiddler.

Maybe this description will help some other newbies :-)

So, thanks a lot to Birthe and all other helpers!
I'll come back with questions immediately ;-)
But I don't have so much questions anymore :-)
Surya

[tw] Re: How to Reduce font size of tiddler title and the (default white) frame around the tiddlers?

2018-01-16 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi

@PMario:

Birthe was right, I'm quite worried about the size of my wikis. Because I
read very often that the size becomes quite fast a problem. Somewhere I
read, the boundary is at about 4MB for mobile devices. *If that is wrong,
please tell me.* I need my wikis for my desktop AND for my Android devices
(which are not the newest ones and not Highend).
Because of that I always think about what I really need and what not and
delete (or not install) everything, I don't really need.

   1. I think, themes will have a lot of things which I don't need.
   2. I think, I'll won't find a perfect theme for me- having exactly that
   what I need.
   3. Because of that, I'd like to write it for my own- only the things I
   want to have.
   4. When BurningTree does it and it works in his wikis- so why not??

@Simon:
When I read your answer after my work, I thought "Hey, I almost never give
up in my life! What is he talking about?? I am so near to my styling goal!"
Now, after several hours searching, trying and so on

I'm quite near to give up for my side (for the styling wishes).

I tried at first with the frame.
Tried several times to find in the elements and to write it in the tiddler.
For a short time it worked (something combined, what you wrote here and
something I found in the elements).
Then I modified it a little bit. The success was gone- forever ;-) I
couldn't reproduce it.
Again I tried to find out, where the things are in the left panel and what
to modify in the right panel.
Success on both sides :-)
But I couldn't find out, where it is exactly in the left panel. E.g. I
found out that, when I click on on the
left and modify it on the right, it gives me the wanted result.
But writing that in a tiddler- no success. Searching for all the subitems
of (all the +)- I found nothing and
always I didn't know WHERE I AM NOW??? There are so many subitems- I always
got completely confused.
I am sorry.

Then I thought, okay, I just tell (you) here, the "top"-"adress" of the
left panel like and write, what I
modified on the right.
And hope, maybe you're lovely and write the full command for my
Stylesheet-Tiddler.
The red lines are from the left panel, the green ones are the related
modifier of the right panel.

It is almost perfect now :-))) But: Now I cannot see anymore the rating
stars from the rating plugin & the icons (inserted when the tiddler is
tagged with a special tag) are a bit unvisible.
And I couldn't find out, how to resolve that- I resetted the modifiers from
which I thought, they are responsible for that to the original value- no
success.
Sorry (for me with my wishes and for you for your help), I give up.

Surya

style I build).
Edited it again back to the first version -still the default style I build.
I still can't build it up again like it was before.

That's really strange.

The synchronisation is great working! The whole style is the same on my
tablet, all new tiddlers are there. Everything is the same- except the
(left-frame)-styling for that certain tiddler.
But, that is now also past, because like I wrote, that certain styling is
now not anymore working on the desktop too.

@Birthe:

When you use your tablet you pass sidebar breakpoint and the view is
> changed (Tiddler-frame smaller).

 >>>Ahhh, I guessed that. Fine, that I guessed it right :-)

I think you are right you will have to change .tc-tiddler-body

>>>I had a look into that (with the right click >elements). But I didn't
find anything, how to edit that, that there is a white space is build.

I think you must use tags to make the difference (you have used that
> before, I know)

How to write then the command?

Offtopic: Thanks for the links in your mail :-)
Something there gave me an idea, I already build up successfully :-)
And I got some great hints there for a question I will ask here later :-)

Good night soon... Surya

[tw] Re: How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-13 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Now my problem with this last list:

At first I made this list with:
<$vars

tid="ToDo-Liste (Januar)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Februar)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (März)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (April)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Mai)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Juni)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Juli)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (August)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (September)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Oktober)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (November)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Dezember)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" $state="tiddler-slider" mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

Nice looking and working :-)
But: When I click on one listed list (e.g. "ToDo-Liste (April)"), it pops
up, but all other popup too.

Then I made it in another way with:
; {{Node Commands}}
: <$list filter="[prefix[ToDo]sort[title]]">
<$appear
type="popup"
class="tc-popup-keep max800"
show="""{{!!title}}""">
<$transclude mode="block"/>

.max800 {max-width:800px;}
In that way, when I click on one listed list, only this one pops up :-)
But: It isn't nice looking, no good overview.
And the listed tasks in the listed list, which is on the right side of this
list, are ...how to say... like pressed together, because on the right side
of the tiddler isn't enough place to show it in a good way.
I'll make a picture to show what I mean.

Does anybody know how to solve it in either the first list or the second
one?
Thanks, Surya

In your first list they all popup because they use the same state tiddler.

>>>Do you mean this *$state="tiddler-slider"* in
<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Januar)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" *$state="tiddler-slider"*
mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

Should I write it like this
<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Januar)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" *$state="tiddler-slider Januar"*
mode="block">
<$transclude mode="block" tiddler=<>/>

<$vars tid="ToDo-Liste (Februar)">
<$appear show="<$text text=<>/>" *$state="tiddler-slider Februar"*

And so on...

And do I have to create then a tiddler called "tiddler-slider Januar" and a
tiddler called "tiddler-slider Februar" and so on?

Thanks for helping me :-))

[tw] Re: How to build recurring tasks in existing tiddlers?

2018-01-13 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi all,

@Birthe:

> Also I think that when you find the answer your solution will have grown
> considerably in size.
>
> I have settled with a tiddler with the foolish title "Now is now" it has
> tag Task and the fields due and why. The why field has the value

>
> >>>Before beginning with all these task-things my wiki had 2,7MB. When I
had installed ToDo Now it had 3,3MB, without it, but with
$:/plugins/tobibeer/appear

installed, it has now 2,8MB I think, the size is okay now.

Your mentioned tiddler: I don't understand, for what it could be useful for
me...

@all:
I am a bit surprised, that nobody could help me just a little bit. With
really no knowledge and almost no experience (Tiddlywiki now since 1 month)
I found out solutions for at least some questions related to this thread. I
had to ask Google and tried and tested with a lot of errors for hours and
hours. I am always reading solutions and then just guessing what all the
signs and symbols (like e.g. { [ > / $ and so on) could mean.

Okay, I am not happy with these solutions, but it is hmmm... okay
I found an answer for how to sort the list at first by X and second by Y. I
don't remember anymore how, because I tested so many things now and gave up
this sorting by to parameters. Why couldn't nobody answer me that question??

But, well, enough wondered now...

My solution is now the following:

*Plugins I have for my tasks:*
Checklist Plugin ($:/plugins/tgrosinger/tw5-checklist)
Appear widget ($:/plugins/tobibeer/appear)

I create my tasks with an edit button with:
<$button>
<$action-setfield $tiddler={{!!title}}/>
<$action-sendmessage $message="tm-edit-tiddler" $param={{!!title}}/>
edit title

At the beginning of the title I write the date, when I have to do it (e.g.
18.01.01). It is for sorting the tasks by 1. todo-deadline and 2. the
title. And also for being able to see the todo-deadline in the lists.
When I now finished a task I move it to the next deadline with clicking on
the edit button and then write the new deadline in the title of the
tiddler. I am not happy with that, but didn't find out another solution.

I made lists for every 12 months. These lists show the title of the tasks,
sorted by title (because the title has the deadline at the beginning it is
automatically sorted first by deadline second by title). When I click on a
task-title in this list, it popups with the task-tiddler.
*A list of all Tasks for e.g. April with:*
\define makeState()
<>
\end

<$list filter="[tag[ToDo]prefix[18.04]sort[title]]" variable="mytitle">

<$set name="stateTiddler" filter="[addprefix[$:/temp/state/]]"
emptyValue=error>
<$wikify name="qualstate" text=<>>

* <$button class="tc-btn-invisible" popup=<>><$text text=<<
mytitle>>/>

<$reveal type="popup" position="below" state=<>>

<$tiddler tiddler=<>>

<$transclude tiddler=<>/>

.mypopup {
min-width: 380px;
border: 1px solid #bbb;
background-color: #ff;
padding: 1em;
margin: 4px 0 0 0;
text-shadow: none;
line-height: 1.4;
}

*And then I have a list with all 12 lists in it- only the title of the
lists.*
When I click there e.g. on "ToDo-List (April)" all the tasks I have to do
in April popup and when I then click there on a tasks, the task-tiddler
pops up.
For this last list, I have again a question. For better reading here I post
it in the next.

Hi Mal,

I imported my pictures at first too. And they are really small (in MB).

But I when the wiki is finished I will have maybe 500 pictures or more or
less- I don't know yet. Because I cannot say how much I will have & how
much the size increases with that, I prefer going on the safe side and load
them up with a service, for getting an URL.

I don't like that- really not.

But it's the safe side for the size.

2018-01-24 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello Thomas,

everything is great now :-)

I am moving all my tasks now to ToDoNow.

I tested a big TW5-wiki (15MB) on my tablet- where I will work with my
ToDo-Lists when the lists are finished.
And I had almost no problem with it.
So I am not anymore worried so much about the size.

And, as I said, I managed it now to show me a ToDo-List which is almost
perfectly designed for me :-)

Maybe I will come back one time to you for asking some design wishes
(making some things a bit smaller, changing the colour of some icons and
placing the title after the deadline, datepicker, editor & details).
But for now it is not so important. Now I have to edit all my tasks and
build new ones and so on.

Also the "late" marker is now shown :-)

I give you ten kisses for answering :-)

[tw] Saving behaviour of a wiki on Tiddlyspot?

2018-01-26 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi all,

fine frustrated

Yesterday I made a lot on my (public) wiki on tiddlyspot. Then before going
to bed I had a look into it on my tablet and changed just a little bit. I
saved that (with the checkmark) and thought that it would be just saved on
web- like on my computer.
But it was downloaded.

I didn't want that, so I deleted that download on Android.

Today going again on this tiddlyspot-wiki I am shocked- everything I made
yesterday is gone!
*I guess, there is no way to get back all the things of yesterday?*

Also I'd like to know now:
How is the normal behaviour of such a public wiki on tiddlyspot:
When another person visits that site and looks into a tiddler to see the
"construction" of it or changes something for testing purposes (as I did it
so many times in other public wikis- it helped me already a lot for
understanding).
a) How does the wiki behave, if the person *doesn't click* the
save-checkmark after that?
b) How does the wiki behave, if the person *clicks* the save-checkmark
after that?

Hi again
*,*my favourites at the moment are these three solutions.
But every solution misses something important.
Of course I would prefer one of them, which is small in size, but that
doesn't really matter so much, because the difference is probably not so
big.
Maybe one of you could tell me, how to make one of them work with all
important features?

*task-list with shown and editable due date, but without popups of the
tasks:*
<$list filter=[tag[ToDo]sort[due]] template= {{Upgraded Task
List!!entry_display_template}}>
<$checkbox tag="done"> <$link to={{!!title}}><$date field="due"/><$view
field="title"/> - <$view field="blurb"/>

>>>Missing but important:

   - Popup of the whole task. In the popup it should be possible to edit
   the due-date.
   - If the task has checkboxes inside the task, I want the checkboxes to
   be clickable in the popup
   - 4 lists: Overdue / This Week / This Month / All Tasks. These lists
   should be wrappable / expandable with a slider or something similar

>>>Would be nice to have:

   - Sorted at first by due-date, then by title. Now it is sorted only by
   due-date

*task-list without shown due date, but with popups of the tasks:*
\define makeState()
<>
\end

<$list filter="[tag[ToDo]]" variable="mytitle">

<$set name="stateTiddler" filter="[addprefix[$:/temp/state/]]"

   - The due-date should be editable in the popup. Now it opens the
   calendar, but looses the focus when I want to choose a date.
   - I want 4 lists: Overdue / This Week / This Month / All Tasks. These
   lists should be wrappable / expandable with a slider or something similar

>>>Would be nice to have:

<$checkbox tag="done"> <$link to={{!!title}}><$view field="title"/>

   - Great :-)
  - But the tiddlers are only listed with the titles, I cannot see the
  task(s) I made with checkboxes inside it.
  - For that I tested "popup in table" with:
  -
  <$list filter="[has[due]!tag[done]sort[due]]">
  <$view field="title"/> <$transclude
  tiddler="$:/core/ui/Buttons/more-page-actions" mode="inline"/>

  [...blablabbla table body with fields]

  - That shows me the task-titles with an arrow to show me something
  else (like a popup). But it doesn't show me the due date and when I click
  the arrow, it shows me list of "More Actions", but not the task itself.

It must be possible to make it with one of these three, isn't it??? Please,
somebody knows it how to

@Birthe: I also installed the full gsd5-core-plugin. But it also didn't
worked as I expected. mGsD has a nice feature and it works on that demo
(but unfortunately not in my wiki, I think that is because it is fur
TWClassic, not for TW5. There you can say "+ 1 day / week / month / year".
And then the task is moved 1 day / week / month / year. And if you click
that it e.g. twice it is moved 2 days / weeks / months / years.

Hoping, Surya

A great, I found the "lost" changes from yesterday (but strange- the

THANKYOU!!!

Okay, if the outsider person (without password) changes anything, it won't
be saved? He will only download then the wiki?

Fine :-)

2018-02-01 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Ahh, good to additionally know how to build the style by two tags (make the
tiddler-title look like ... if a tiddler has two tags (both tags).
But that I don't need at the moment.

What I need is just the opposite. Maybe my explanation wasn't clear

For example:
A have tiddlers tagged with RezeptGetestet >the background of the
tiddlertitles of these tiddlers should be green.
And I have tiddlers tagged with RezeptNICHTGetestet >the background of the
tiddlertitles of these tiddlers should be orange.

Tiddlers which have none of these both tags should be shown like in the
control panel set (default).

[tw] How to adjust the style of a spreadsheet (plugin: $:/plugins/ebalster/formula)?

2018-02-01 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

I'd like to implement calculating with a spreadsheet with the plugin: $:/
plugins/ebalster/formula.

But the style of it is for my purpose of writing recipes not really nice. I
already adjusted it a little bit.

I wrote in the tiddler:

\define ss_cols() a b c d e f g
\define ss_rows() 1 2 3 4 5 6
\define ss_cell() $(c)$$(r)$

<$tiddler tiddler="Spreadsheet/Data">

<$vars popupState=<> popupCell=<> >

<$reveal type="popup" state=<> >

<$set name="cell" filter="[titleget[text]]">
''<>'': <$edit-text tag=input index=<> size=100 />
<$button
class="tc-btn-invisible">{{$:/core/images/save-button}}<$action-setfield
$tiddler=<> text=""/>

<$list variable=c filter=<>
><>
<$list variable=r filter=<> >

<>
<$list variable=c filter=<> >
<$button popup=<>
style="width:100%;margin:0;padding:6px;display:block;background:none;border:none;cursor:pointer;"><$action-setfield

$tiddler=<> text=<>/> <$formula formula=<>/>

*But how could I adjust the following:*

The first row (called header, right??) and the first column (don't know how
it's called) should be invisible- or even better only visible when hovering
over it.

And maybe, it would be possible to wrap cells together, if in cells is no
content?

And I'd like to hide the content of a specific cell.

Would be great, if you could help me with that :-)
THANKS for this great helping community!

It is on http://surya-diy.tiddlyspot.com/. There I have all stylesheets
shown in Tiddlywiki-Anleitung >TW-Style.

But: If I only build one tiddler with ony div.tc-tagged-RezeptGetestet
.tc-tiddler-title { background-color: lightgreen; }, then everything works
fine.

At the moment I have
div.tc-tagged-RezeptGetestet .tc-tiddler-title { background-color:
lightgreen; } in one tiddler
and div.tc-tagged-RezeptNICHTgetestet .tc-tiddler-title { background-color:
orange; } in another tiddler.

The tiddler with div.tc-tagged-RezeptNICHTgetestet .tc-tiddler-title {
background-color: orange; } I build at last and that works.

If I build the RezeptNICHTgetestet-one at first and the RezeptGetestet-one
at last, then the RezeptGetestet-one works.
So, always only the last build of both works, the first one doesn't work
anymore.

So, I think, they disturb each other.

[tw] How to edit the background-colour of tiddlertitles by different tags?

2018-02-01 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello all,

again I have a styling question.

I know how to style the background-colour of tiddlertitles by a tag- with
e.g.: div.tc-tagged-RezeptGetestet .tc-tiddler-title { background-color:
lightgreen; }

But, when I want to have something like an additional opposite styling,
like "make the backgroundcolour orange of tiddlertitles tagged with
RezeptNICHTGetestet", then it seems like they disturb each other. Doesn't
matter, if I build one tiddler, tagged with $:/tags/Stylesheet and write
both commands in that tiddler. Or if I build two tiddlers with that
Stylesheet-tag and write the commands in there.

I couldn't find out, how to solve it, that they don't disturb each other.
Maybe with an additional command like: If they are NOT tagged with
RezeptGetestet AND NOT tagged with RezeptNICHTGetestet, then make the
background of the titles by default colour. But I cannot find out, how to
write in that command "NOT tagged with XY".

Or maybe, the solution is completely different... ??

Any help?

Yes, I like that principle and learned a lot by that in my whole life.

2018-02-04 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello @all,

I found out now a little bit how to adjust it.
But only a little bit...

I can now adjust the first column: Not anymore grey blackground and the
font is very small- almost invisible (in that way, I can see the content
for calculating by Ctrl + scrolling up, but in normal view mode it is
almost invisible).

I also can now adjust the background from the cells, where I write the main
content. I don't need that possibility at the moment, but nice to know the
how-to.

But still I don't know how to adjust the width of the first column.
And I don't know how to adjust the background-colour, the font-size and the
height of the header.
And I don't know how to make one certain cell invisible (or better one
column).

That is what I wrote into the Spreadsheet Prototype:

\define ss_cols() a b c d e f g
\define ss_rows() 1 2 3 4 5 6
\define ss_cell() $(c)$$(r)$

<$tiddler tiddler="Spreadsheet/Data">

Click on cells to pop up an editor. Formulas currently need to be written
in `(= =)` but cells may be referred to by their names, such as `a2`.
Ranges aren't supported yet.

<$vars popupState=<> popupCell=<> >

<$reveal type="popup" state=<> >

<$set name="cell" filter="[titleget[text]]">
''<>'': <$edit-text tag=input index=<> size=230 />
<$button
class="tc-btn-invisible">{{$:/core/images/save-button}}<$action-setfield

style="width:100%;margin:0;padding:6px;display:block;background:none;border:none;cursor:pointer;"><$action-setfield

Could someone of you please help me with that?

[tw] Re: How to: Automatic setting field value if a tiddler has a special tag

2018-01-31 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi,

again here :-)

Now I have the situation, that I want in another wiki to have 3 types of
showing tiddlerlinks in the sidebar (shown there with
toc-selective-expandable):

   - Some tiddlers have the tag "wichtig" >they should be shown red in the
   sidebar.
   - Some tiddlers have the tag "RezeptGetested" >they should be shown
   green in the sidebar.
   - Some tiddlers have the tag "RezeptNICHTGetested" >they should be shown
   orange in the sidebar.

I made it with building 3 different tiddlers, tagged with $:/tags/Macro
with
\define toc-caption()
<$list filter="[all[current]regexp:
tags[\bTag\b]]" variable="dum">@@color:Coulour;<$view field="caption"><$view
field="title"/>@@
<$list filter="[all[current]!regexp:tags[\bTag\b]]" variable="dum"><$view
field="caption"><$view field="title"/>
\end

>Of course with the different tags & different coulours

And I made it with only 1 tiddler, tagged with $:/tags/Macro with the same
command (but repeated 3 times- of course with the different tags &
different coulours).

Both didn't work.
But it works, if I only make 1 tiddler with 1 tag + 1 coulour.

So, it seems, that, if there are 3 different conditions with resulting
coulours, they disturb each other.

How to solve this?

[tw] Re: How to adjust the style of a spreadsheet (plugin: $:/plugins/ebalster/formula)?

2018-02-05 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi Coda,

hmmm, I almost reached that goal.
The header (the first row) is now almost invisible (white background,
font-size very very small. The same with the first column.
And I made the one cell almost invisible.

But there are some strange behaviours. It seems to me, that it counts the
cells & rows different than I would count them:
The first row (header) seems to be td:nth-child(1), there I had to count
every cell (th:nth-child) from 1-9, two give the whole head-row the same
style. Okay fine, I understood.
So, in my logic the style-command for the cell "h1" should be .my-ss-table
th:nth-child(9), .my-ss-table td:nth-child(2) {
background-color:white;font-size:0.2em; }.
But it is: .my-ss-table th:nth-child(1), .my-ss-table td:nth-child(9) {
background-color:white;font-size:0.2em; }.

Okay, maybe, I don't have to understand everything. Just like almost always
in TW: "Try & error" to reach my goal ;-)

But also it made some other strange things:
It made a additional row above the table, the "" is now visible
under the table in view mode and it build a frame around the table and the
rest of the tiddler-text.

And: I can make the width of a column wider than now, but *not* smaller
than it is now.

Maybe, I should build a new wiki on tiddlyspot for testing-purposes- so
that you could better see, what I mean and see my mistakes better?

[tw] How-to?: Make a button in the sidebar for multiple action-possibilities (like the "more actions")

I'd like to build a button in the sidebar (next to the other buttons) for

But I want to have several possibilities for new-tiddler-templates in this

These should be choosable, when I click on this one button (like the "more

Does anyone know how to do that?

Oh, sorry, I wrote something wrong:

to the tiddler "A". And, of course the same with example "B": When I choose
"B" by clicking the checkbox, it adds the tag "B" to the tiddler "B".

Thanks a lot for your solution :-)
I think, that is going to the direction I want.
But: It doesn't work I mean, it works wrong ;-)

For testing it, I made on my testing-wiki
http://suryas-testwiki.tiddlyspot.com/ a parent tiddler-tag called
"Character". And I made some child-tags (A, B, C, D, E). And I made some
tiddlers having some of the child-tags (New Tiddler 1-6). All the tiddlers
related to your suggestion are tagged with "Search by Mark".

   - When I choose "A" by clicking the checkbox, it should list the
   tiddlers: New Tiddler 1, New Tiddler 4, New Tiddler 5. But it lists "A".
   When I choose "B", it should list the tiddlers: New Tiddler 1, New Tiddler
   2, New Tiddler 6. But it lists "B".
   - When I choose "A" by clicking the checkbox, it adds the tag "B" to the
   tiddler "B".

Did I do anything wrong? Or did you missunderstand me?
How should I edit it?

Surya

2018-02-08 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hi Mark,

with that the basic function works- thanks :-)

Now the second: When I choose more than one tag, it lists all tiddlers
which have either the one tag or the other tag. It seems to be a search
with "OR". But it should be a filter with AND. With AND it should list less
tiddlers, the more tags I choose.
For example: Choosing "A" & "B" should list then only "New Tiddler 1". Now
it lists "New Tiddler 4", "New Tiddler 5", "New Tiddler 1", "New Tiddler
2", "New Tiddler 6.

And it should sort the listed tiddlers by title. I couldn't see, where to
write the wanted sorting in.

I am looking forward to build my wished "Multiple tag filter" step by step
:-)

Yes, that did it without strange behaviour :-)

Now: How to adjust the column-width of the first column (1-6) to very
narrow and how to adjust the row-height of the first row (header: a-g) to
very low? So that both are much more almost invisible (but still readable
for me, if I need them).

And how could I make the cell c6 (where "24" is written) with red
background-color or with the number 24 bold written?
And how could I make the cell f6 (where "1" is written) with very small
font-size?

All tiddlers related to this thread are pinned at the moment. And the wiki
is on http://suryas-testwiki.tiddlyspot.com/.

Thanks, Surya :-)

Sorry, I forgot to write, that the last one (fitting my wishes best)
adjusted with your last advice is called "Spreadsheet Prototype 2".

Yes, I saw that while searching since weeks for solutions for my big wish.

But, excuse me, I have no- really not a little- idea, how to write , to get
my wanted search/filter.

I have some of my experiments related to this topic in my
http://suryas-testwiki.tiddlyspot.com/#, they are tagged with Search.

[tw] How-To?: Search/Filter by multiple Tags with checkboxes or buttons for tags /taggroups

2018-02-06 Thread 'Surya' via TiddlyWiki
Hello,

one big wish I have:

I want to be able to search / filter by multiple tags with the following
features:

   - The tags should be visible & choosable
  - The best would be checkboxes for each tag by which I want to
  choose. But maybe it could be also possible with buttons, which add the
  wanted tags to a search field.
   - These tags should be nested by their parent tags (expandable). For
   example, the following is shown "Countries", "Persons" and "Work or
   Holiday". When I click on "Countries" all child-tags of "Countries" will be
   shown ("Holland", "India", "Japan",). I choose Japan and make the
   parent tag "Countries" shrinked. Then I click on "Persons" >all child-tags
   of "Persons" are shown and I choose "Tom" & "Linda". Now all tiddlers,
   which are tagged with Japan & Tom & Linda are shown. I made a picture of
   what I mean with nested & expanded & shrinked tags (from the software
   "digiKam".
   - If I added a tag to search-by, I want to be able to remove that tag
   very easy & fast- like in $:/plugins/danielo/tagSearch. There the added
   tags are shown as the tagpills with their x in it.
   - The found tiddlers should be shown as a list of links.
   - Before the list of results it should be shown, how many tiddlers are
   found.
   - Last, but not least, I want to be able at the end to filter the
   results by prefixes of the title.
   - And finally there should be a button with "Open all found tiddlers".

Only as a cream topping, but not essential:

   - It would be great, if I could also be able to filter by ratings ($:/
   plugins/tobibeer/rate)
   - And fantastic, if it would be also possible, to filter not only by
   AND, but additionally by OR. For example "Find all tiddlers tagged with
   Japan AND Tom OR Linda AND Holiday. So it would find all tiddlers tagged
   with Japan & Tom & Holiday but also tiddlers tagged with Japan & Linda &
   Holiday. For each tag I want to be able to choose if AND or OR (default
   AND). But I guess, that isn't possible, is it?!?

I found some interesting Solutions like http://checklist.tiddlyspot.com/ &
$:/plugins/danielo/tagSearch and others, but all of them fitted only parts
of my need. And I don't know, how to combine them. I tried already to
modify them, but only partly successful.

Can you help me with that?? PLEASE :-)
Surya
