I have come out with a new draft of a personhood rearrangement. I
wanted to precede it with a list G. made me write (thank you, G.)
outlining the design goals, which may be of assistance to judges
tasked with interpreting this later.
Design goals:

Here's a proto to get rid of Summary Judgement and tweak the finger

Alright! Here's a new proto of my proposal, "Sunlight is the Best
Disinfectant", from a few months ago.
Major changes from my last version:
1. Break rule 478 into two rules (it's getting really long, especially
if you consider the annotations).
2. Remove the unpopular "by notification" phrasing.
