We are also facing the same issue with the email engine. Incoming suddenly stops working and we have to restart email engine services to make it work again. We are using MAPI protocol for incoming , now BMC is suggesting to change protocol to IMAP4 , just to check if that solves problem .

Whenever you do a modify all, I believe that if you reference any of the fields in your run-if qualification, then the active link might act funny, since it doesn't know the value in the field. I believe this is the reason why, although I'm sure that I will be corrected if this is not correct.

One thing to remember is that Modify = a SET Operation, while Modify All = a SET ALL Operation. There is no check box for Modify All on an Active Link, so I think you'd have to explicitly set Active Links to also fire on $OPERATION$ = SET ALL to make them fire on a Modify All action. Rick On
