We have had a couple of users who had the same problem. Once they
cleared their Remedy cache files and cleaned up their temp directory the
problem went away.

Status is not the only thing that can be used to change colors in the
Results list. See if the drop down in the results color tab has any
other fields in it. There may be workflow attached to one of those
fields that changes the color.

We've begun having a strange problem. Our server has begun to hang
making searching or creating records on most forms impossible. It will
still allow you to log in and work with some of our smaller forms (6 or
so fields), but it makes our Trouble Report form hang.
