We're looking at using AIE 7.1 to connect to an Oracle database hosting OEM
that we can use to get DB information for our CMDB. We want to use the Oracle
11g client which is our standard, but the AIE Administrator's Guide says that
the newest we can use is Oracle 10g.

You didn't specify which OS. I know for the Unix/Linux flavors of ARS
you must use the 10g client as that is what those binaries were compiled
against.

You should break the group list out into an OR qualification. Reason being
that goups can be substrings of other groups. So take the following
Group;Group1;Group2;
The like comparison will give mixed results, assuming the user is in
Group.

I have 2 forms where in form1 i have fields and tables( tables are created

2) Requestor console attachments.
But, we started getting HTTP 500 status message when we tried to access a
custom built application through mid tier. The out of the box apps (like
Help Desk, Change module, requestor console)
Did you flush your Mid-Tier cache would be the first obvious question to ask??
Secondly it would be good to know what versions of your AR Server and Mid-Tier
you are dealing with.

qualification that you used in the table field. Then you can use Remedy
reports to display the records. However, grouping them must be a challenge.
