This is what I did for installation issues:
1. Go to c:\temp delete any temp files left by the Remedy
installer. Try the install again.
2. If it still doesn't work, repeat step 1. Copy the install
folder to a different location try again.

We have done this to 4 different desktops/laptops -- all are the same (2
issues).
Tried to bring up the java console so we can see what is going on.. did not
really do anything.
Found a firewall prompt that java was not allowed and unblocked it.. but it
is doing this everytime.

We refresh our DEV and TEST environment frequently.
We want our Test environment most like production to reduce issues, come
time moving DEV customizations over it makes it more thorough.
If they fail in TEST they will fail in production, or at least you can

requests match - Display a List. Is there a way to dictate the order in
which this list is displayed? I can't figure out how it's determining the

If you are sure you need a list you need to do additional workflow that
will open the form and mosify what you need. It is unusual to need to
set an AL to display a list.

We use it to assign Groups and Technicians. We have a Work Action field
with options like, Assign to Group, Assign to Tech Same Group, Assign to
Tech New Group, etc. Based on what you select, a list of groups, techs
or groups/techs appear.

highest level, but lately BMC hasn't been making all of their patches
