When I did an install of ARS 7.6.3 and email I tried to configure my Incoming email at install and it prevented the service to be installed. Here is what I got from BMC that finally fixed it. I delete most of the references to email in this file and tried again without trying to configure

The Macro's are going to be the hardest sale. The new WEB reporting that was added to 7.6.04 allows all users to create their own reports and export it to a csv file. It is a little more work however it does also provide the capability to build graphical reports. -Original Message-

Here is an aremail.bat and command line text that actually worked (just went through the same headache in Jan). It took a lot of tweaking to get it to finally run correctly. You will of course have to modify the directory paths. I also deleted the aremail entries out of the registry before this
