Hi,
I have a small request for you. The logs look good but for those that are

Just a suggestion :)

Basically you can adjust the font family, font size and color for each

Not really sure of what you're trying to accomplish... maybe you could
clarify a bit...?
The best I can offer is to create a temp text file w/ the value you want in
it, save it to the Client's machine, and then actually attach that to the
record you're working with through a run-process. The

We have been using HipLink for years. We have built all of our on call
workflow within Remedy and only use HipLink for the notification piece
(SNPP/SMTP). One really nice feature is that you can have a fall back
method. We used to have a modem in case our server's network connection was
lost.
Thanks, I will check that out. I think they are looking more for
acknowledgement of paged out incidents and escalation of notifications until
a human does acknowledge.

Dear List,
I am looking for a smart way to be able to have a Character Field with a menu
object, and:
1. Allow for append of menu values, and
2. Also have a menu value restriction.
Anyone has tricks they have done in the past to accomplish both without
sacrificing the other?
Thanks,
Vincent,
In order to have both append, and menu validation, you are going to need to
write some sort of subroutine that parses the field and checks to see if
each individual component of the field is a member of a value from the
field.but you won't be able to do this natively. I would suggest
Remember an Attachment field is looking for physical data (ie
something on or from the filesystem)
