Just to clarify, if you've already gone through the process of implementing overlays you would not have to go through it again. So if you are on ITSM Suite 7.6.04 SP1 with overlays in place, just upgrade to SP2. You do not need a staging server, need to run BPCU again, etc. Once overlays

I did it a couple of times and it works fine, no related issues. Priority field in CMDB is not related with Priority field in ITSM forms. But you may need to consider some scheduled downtime for your CMDB environment because that field belongs to Base Element, therefore new default value needs
