Hi,
And there seems to be a lot of fixes in 7.6.04 SP2 concerning license
reporting/logging/measurement.
The user-log has been mostly dependable, except that in a server group
environment, without a sticky/persistent setting, it gets a little
messy...
Doing your own ARGetListUser()-calls also
Hi,
Sometime it is awkward to actually change the data when you are just
selecting things.
I have many time used a technique where I store the selected values in a
display-only-field temporarily instead.
The qualifications of the Left and Right tables could look something like
this.

From the help files in developer studio, they have a step by step write up on
how move data back and forth between two tables. I found it while searching for
details on how to add rows to a table.

I found the custom workflow issuing the message. Now I just have to figure out
why one of my DSO actions is tripping over it, but I can do that much at least.

Am I missing something? Is there a simple document that lists the steps

Just to clarify, if you've already gone through the process of implementing
overlays you would not have to go through it again. So if you are on ITSM
Suite 7.6.04 SP1 with overlays in place, just upgrade to SP2. You do not need
a staging server, need to run BPCU again, etc.

Hi,
Has anyone ever changed the default value for the Priority field in the CMDB
to be null? Did it cause any problems?
It seems like a simple enough change, but it also seems like the kind of
thing that could make a mess.
Thanks,

I did it a couple of times and it works fine, no related issues.
Priority field in CMDB is not related with Priority field in ITSM forms.
But you may need to consider some scheduled downtime for your CMDB environment
because that field belongs to Base Element, therefore new default value needs
Also, if you have any thoughts of upgrading in the future, just keep
this change in mind. I believe in 7.6.x there are certain configurable
options which allow you to pull the CI priority when relating a CI to an
incident etc...

Dear listers,
first of all thanks a lot for your answers but I still haven’t got it.
I still have problems in understanding tables in remedy. If I want a table with
one column und about 20 rows I need a new form [Form 1] with one character

I've been testing the possibility of adding web links to the Instruction

I use http://web link and the link works fine while I have the SRD

broken; the end-user has to copy/paste the
Larry,
We do this with several of our SRD's without issue (SRM 2.2). It works both
with the user tool and our mid-tier users. Any standard HTML should work

otherwise lengthy text vertically). One thing to note on the links,
Thanks for replying.
Did you use the class manager or the admin tool to make the change? BMC is
suggesting I use the admin tool.

Okay thanks. There are derived risk factors in 7.0.3 Change Management,
so that'll be good to keep in mind for the next version.

All of the custom groups you create (Companies, Support Organizations, Support

We had the same issue in ITSM 7 (ARS 7.1). When I looked into it, it looked
like it was designed this way. I modified the filter that pushes entries to

of the ID for the Permission Group field. That then results in
Is the Long Group Name field on the group form also the numeric value?
I can verify how it looks on our system tomorrow, but I believe that the
