Hey ya'll
-- we have been seeing this happen where this above just does not finish
processing and then hangs the pool.
we moved it to pool 5, and we see it fire -logs- however it never
finished..
Look familar? bug?

I am not seeing the traditional
stop escalation processing ... it just does not do it.. and hangs.. ... and
never fires again..

If it is in cart: just submit. Seems to work ;; I recommend BMC get rid of
cart: if you put something in cart and leave it there it has a date of the put
in cart time busty sla so it appears did functional anyways!

Occasionally we get SRM's tickets that are stuck in Submitted status, and
all the cai:events are fired and gone..
is there a way to re-trigger the work order that is attached for the back
end process.. ???
