Dan talked about AR System 6.3 and AST:ComputerSystem. I guess that
will mean ITSM 6 and CMDB 1.1...
in CMDB 1.x you should not populate the AST forms but rather the
BMC:ComputerSystem forms and so on. Also, you'll have to fill the
ClassID and DataSetID fields. You can check the values of these

I'm not sure if this went out on to the list, so I am reposting. I look
forward to any assistance or advice as the BMC/Remedy Help Desk isn't
very enthusiastic about working on a problem to a version that is no
longer supported.
Thanks,

I'm looking into this too. One of the things I'd like to do is have a

rebuild the cache...so you are likely correct that the cache was out of sync

When you login, you get a session identifier. I do not think it is enough

Charlie,
I'm not quite sure you could do that from within a macro.
It is something that you could do performing a table walk against 2 tables.
The results of the first table could be used to set fields that would be used

The history has been (for products that require a server side license)
that a separate license is required per server; examples include

The server side application licenses are new to the mix, starting with

You could trigger an Active Link action with On Menu that would append after

Yes it is a licensed BMC/Remedy product. It is licensed to the server. More
than one developer can access it on the server.

Turn on client side SQL logs and active link logs. Watch for workflow that

Assume you have the following values in your field:

You can easily convert this to an external qualification that would
