Even if there was a way, Alt-F4 would still close the window even on the thick client. I'm almost sure of that as in one case I vaguely remember where I had to prevent that. I do not recall what I used as a solution but if I were asked to do that again I would think about setting a close flag

The order doesn't really matter anymore since ITSM 7.1.. There is a recommended order however if you do intend installing Asset, and that is to install Asset first but the SOLE purpose of this is to save you time on your other installs.. Your other installs of IM, PM, and CM ignores installing

Kali, So if you were interested in trying to manually fix the arsystem script then I think you want to do something like this: CONFDIR=/opt2/bmc/ARSystem/conf However since the installer failed to correct the arsystem script's installation variables you may need to also correct other values
