It certainly should be a lot easier to figure this out. I looked at the readme

Interesting. I’m sending it to Expressway. Out to a SIP trunk to my two C’s.
I’m using the same SIP trunk for my SIP route patterns, so I’m not sure how
much flexibility I have in changing trunk settings without affecting the SIP
routing as well.

I've tried looking at a few, but many say they don't offer help on non-U.S.
numbers for some reason. But the data is there since it's showing up on
people's phones.

On the sx20 running tc software, at least I can drill down and select the

it is not processed after 180 Ringing by codec SW.

We've had to disable the (UDS) phonebook since it only provides SIP URI
dialing, not DN dialing (a bug). I'm guessing this might also have something to
do with it.
I'm hoping I don't have to enable the phonebook to get contact photos to work.

Anyone checking out Amazon Connect? Our call centre software is primarily for
on-prem inbound calls, wondering if they have SIP trunk connectivity so this
