Wifi will give you that ability. Palm I believe does not have Wifi

I mispoke I think he has a voyager, but to answer your question,
crystal. (It is the touch screen with slide out keypad.)
We have a large coverage by Verizon in this area, and they pretty
much have the best service here.

One report I saw said a good percentage of the phones sold here and
unlocked and resold over seas at a hefty profit.
